What is the SAP EarlyWatch Alert

Important technical data (‘Service Data’) are extracted on the system for

which a EarlyWatch Alert Check is processed and are transmitted via a

remote connection to your Solution Manager, where the data are processed.

The data transferred includes only technical data with non sensitive

content.

The processing system analyzes this data and provides a clear overview of

the results in a report.

Keeping total cost of ownership low and the performance of your SAP

solution high is a tremendous value to your business – a value delivered by

SAP EarlyWatch Alert.

What is the SAP EarlyWatch Alert?

SAP EarlyWatch Alert

Executive Summary

The SAP EarlyWatch Alert:

Identifies potential problems at an early stage

Prevents bottlenecks

– React to issues such as bottlenecks before they become critical

– Know what is affecting the performance and stability of your solution

Monitors the following regularly and automatically:

– The performance of SAP systems

– Essential administrative areas of SAP systems

– Greatly minimize the risk of downtime

The value of SAP EarlyWatch Alert:

Reduce TCO by knowing what is affecting the performance and stability of your

solution

The underlying concept is to ensure smooth operation of individual SAP systems by keeping you informed of their status and

allowing you to take action, before severe technical problems occur
