We offer the combined service of furniture and accessories rental and

interior styling to help market properties to potential buyers.

the costs of buying and storing furniture and ensures that better prices

Send us your floor plan and we will send you a free

estimate based on our competitive 8 week minimum

rental period.

On approval our design team will visit your property to

measure up and assess the style of your property.

We will then present you with a furnishing scheme

which will be tailored to your specifications.

Our design and logistics team will then install and

dress your property making sure it is looking

exceptional and ready for market.

After the initial 8 weeks we can roll out the contract

every 4 weeks thereafter for as long or as little as

needed.

BESPOKE SERVICES

We work with designers, property developers and estate agents to stage

properties just for marketing brochures and agent photographs. Having a few

excellent styled shots of your property could be all it takes to impress the right

client.

We offer a window treatment service where we can design and install blinds and

full curtain schemes as a finishing touch to your property.


All our furniture is available for sale should a buyer be interested. This can also

give the vendor a chance to recoup some costs from the initial furniture rental.

Our furniture rental is the perfect solution for those who are looking to

relocate to the UK. Furniture can be rented from two months onwards so

whether you are on a short term relocation or need rental furniture as a stop gap

before your own furniture arrives in the UK we will be able to help you.


MAXIMIZE YOUR PROPERTIES APPEAL

We provide a consultation service to help individuals and developers make sure

their property will be presented at its very best. Originality is key and we will

advise on room layouts, finishes, lighting, colour schemes, flooring and joinery.

Properties can be cluttered and furniture not aligned to the proportions of a room

and in London space can be tight so every Sq ft counts!

When staging a home we need to make sure we are catering exclusively to the

taste of a potential buyer. We would recommend neutral palettes for the walls,

floors, furniture and curtains, and bring in colour with artwork, texture and

accessories to give the home personality and consistency from room to room.

We like to use a mixture of antique and modern pieces with an emphasis on

comfort and being tactile, for example an accessory that draws a buyers eye will

make them feel at home.

In an age where vendors do their research on the internet, the photos have to do

a lot of talking and therefore staged properties stand out more.
