Reviewed status of Rec refunds and turned attention to Travel refunds. Boys travel have officially canceled; we are waiting on official word in regards to girls travel. After working with a $75.00 refund/credit per player was proposed. Players that are aging out will automatically receive refund, other players will have option. Should girls travel cancel we will follow the same process being used for the boys. Registration for fall season will open on June 1 st , $85.00 per player. This is a $5.00 increase. Joe Olivieri, President reported the following:

James Chubb, Vice President reported the following:
Travel tryouts have been pushed to June, keep in mind depending upon the current state of Co-Vid 19. Tryout registration will close two weeks prior to tryouts.
We will need to finalize coaches for 2013 birth year. Mark will reach out on girl’s side, Jason to determine interest on boy’s side.
Next Month zoom call open to all coaches. We should start discussing start dates for Fall season.
Amanda Chubb, Marketing Coordinator, reported the following:
Scholarship is now in School’s Guidance office and will repost on SM accounts. 7 Applicants have applied, Guidance Counselors informed the club a decision needs to be made by
