All Eko3 filtration systems are provided complete

with pre-assembled face piping segments, 3-way

backwash valving, priority or rate of flow valve and

backwash sightglass valve. Major system compo-

nents are individually crated to ensure proper de-

livery.

Available control packages range from manual to

automatic filter control (AFC) to fully integrated Me-

chanical Room Control Systems.

Please inquire with your local distributor to deter-

mine which system is best for your application.

The Eko3 Systems are available in three (3) horizontal tank designs. Sizes available are in 34”, 42” and 60” diameter tanks, 100 P.S.I. operating pressures with top mount manifold and valve piping configurations. These configurations provide a wide range of filter bed surface areas from 10 square feet up to 60 square feet, per tank vessel.

All Eko3 Systems are certified by NSF International to ANSI/NSF Standard 50 for both pool and spa applications at filtration rates of 5 to 20 GPM per square foot of filter area.

“X” will equal the number of tanks per system. Multiply data from Filter Area, Flow Rate, Silica Sand and ShippingWeight by number of tanks for complete system information.

Engineering Notes:• Refer to CAD drawings for complete system configurations.• All Eko3 filter systems will have varying head loss that is dependent upon filter media and operational flow rates.• When sizing the main circulation pumps, calculate maximum head loss at 15 to 20 P.S.I. through the filter and face piping.• Larger manifold piping is available on a per project basis.
