GODINE PRODUCER PRICE INDEX IN BOSNIA AND HERZEGOVINA IN DECEMBER 2020 Proizvođačke cijene industrijskih proizvoda (ukupno) U decembru 2020. godine u poređenju sa prethodnim mjesecom proizvođačke cijene industrijskih proizvoda za ukupnu industriju su zabilježile rast nivoa cijena za 1,2%, dok su u odnosu na isti mjesec prethodne godine zabilježile pad za 0,3%. Proizvođačke cijene industrijskih proizvoda na domaćem tržištu U decembru 2020. godine u poređenju sa prethodnim mjesecom proizvođačke cijene industrijskih proizvoda na domaćem tržištu su zabilježile rast nivoa cijena za 1,6%, dok su u odnosu na isti mjesec prethodne godine zabilježile pad za 0,2%. Proizvođačke cijene industrijskih proizvoda na nedomaćem tržištu U decembru 2020. godine u poređenju sa prethodnim mjesecom proizvođačke cijene industrijskih proizvoda na nedomaćem tržištu su zabilježile rast za 0,4%, dok je u odnosu na isti mjesec prethodne godine zabilježen pad nivoa cijena za 0,4%. METODOLOŠKA OBJAŠNJENJA Definicija indeksa proizvođačkih cijena Indeks cijena proizvođača industrijskih proizvoda je kratkoročni statistički indikator koji predstavlja mjeru promjena cijena proizvoda koje industrijska preduzeća proizvode i prodaju na domaćem i nedomaćem tržištu Namjena Prvenstvena namjena Indeksa cijena proizvođača industrijskih proizvoda je da služi kao inidikator opće inflacije Zatim služi i kao indikator makroekonomskih performansi eskalator za prilagođavanje cijena u dugoročnim ugovorima deflator nominalnih vrijednosti outputa ili međufazne potrošnje u ostvarenom obimu proizvodnje i deflator za nominalne vrijednosti kapitalnih troškova u nacionalnim računima važan alat pri kreiranju i vođenju monetarnih i fiskalnih politika kao i za donošenje informisanih ekonomskih odluka u privatnom sektoru Indeks cijena proizvođača industrijskih proizvoda u Bosni i Hercegovini Indeks cijena proizvođača u Bosni i Hercegovini se izračunava na osnovu reprezentativne liste proizvoda i njihovih proizvođača koju čine oko 570 proizvodnih subjekta Svakog mjeseca se prikuplja oko 4255 cijene direktno od samih proizvođača putem jedinstvenog obrasca koji je nastao kao rezultat saradnje sa italijanskim partnerima Obuhvat indeksa Osnovni kriterij pri odabiru proizvoda i usluga koji će se mjesečno posmatrati je bio kriterij proizvođača i proizvoda sa najvećom realizacijom na tržištu a prema podacima dobijenim putem godišnjeg istraživanja o industriji (IND-21) Sami proizvođači i proizvodi su odabrani od strane entitetskih Zavoda za statistiku dok su pojedinačne stavke unutar tih proizvoda odabrane od strane samih proizvođačkih preduzeća Snimanje cijena Prodajna cijena proizvođača industrijskih proizvoda na domaćem tržištu je cijena po kojoj proizvođač prodaje svoje proizvode redovnim kupcima na domaćem tržištu u najvećim količinama franko utovareno na vagon (kamion) u mjestu proizvođača U tu cijenu ulaze regresi ukoliko ih proizvođač ostvaruje a isključuju se trgovački rabati i popusti koje prodavac odobrava kupcu PDV i akcize
NOTES ON METHODOLOGY Definition of producer price index Producer price index is a short-term statistical indicator that represents the measurement of change of prices of industrial products produced and sold by enterprises on domestic and non-domestic market Purpose This statistical indicator serves as the measure of inflation It can also serve as the indicator of economical perfomances escalator in long-term contracts deflator for output values intermediate consumption and capital consumption in National Accounts and as a important tool in creating monetary and fiscal politic Producer price index in Bosnia and Herzegovina PPI in Bosnia and Herzegovina is calculated based on the representative list of products and itacutes producers making a sample of cca570 producers Each month 4255 prices are collected directly from producers throug the unique questionnary created in cooperation with Italian experts Coverage The main criterion for selecting the sample of enterprises products and services that are surveyed was the volume of production and selling on the domestic market got from the Annual survey on Industrial production (IND-21) Entities institutes of statistics have created the sample of enterprises and products and the enterprises itself have choosen the items to be priced Prices collection The price that is to be collected each month on the domestic market represents a price for which producer sells his products to the regular costumers on the domestic market at maximum volume franco loaded into a wagon (truck) at the producers location It includes reimbursements if applicable and it excludes commercial rabbates disscounts VAT and excises
Cijena proizvođača proizvoda za strano tržište je cijena na nacionalnoj granici- FOB (free on board) što znači da prodavac plaća prijevoz robe do luke isporuke i troškove utovara a kupac plaća prijevoz osiguranje troškove istovara te prijevoz od odredišne luke do krajnjeg mjesta korištenja Pomenuta cijena isključuje PDV i slične poreze direktno vezane za promet kao i sve takse i namete na proizvode i usluge koje preduzeća plaćaju dok se eventualno primljene subvencije na proizvode dodaju Sve cijene se prikupljaju mjesečno u periodu prikupljanja od 21prošlog mjeseca do 20tekućeg mjeseca Obrazac se dostavlja proizvođačkim preduzećima koji ga popunjenog dostavljaju u centrale Entitetskih zavoda za statistiku koje vrše obradu podataka te izračunate indekse dostavljaju Agenciji za statistiku BiH radi njihova agregiranja za nivo Bosne i Hercegovine Ponderi Ponderi koji se primjenjuju za izračunavanje indeksa proizvođačkih cijena predstavljaju relativno učešće odabranih proizvoda u ukupnoj vrijednosti prodaje industrijskih proizvoda na domaćem tržištu Za ovo istraživanje primjenjuju se ponderi baziraju na podacima Godišnjeg izvještaja industrije (IND-a 21) iz 2015 godine dok se na nivou države na relativnom učešću pojedinačnog entiteta u ukupnoj proizvodnji iz 2015 godine Svake godine se ponderi korigiraju kretanjem cijena iz prethodne godine Klasifikacija Klasifikacija industrijskih proizvoda se bazira na Nomenklaturi industrijskih proizvoda BiH 2010 zasnovane na PRODCOM listi 2010 Agregiranje Pri izračunavanju indeksa proizvođačkih cijena prvo se izračunavaju elementarni indeksi na nivou proizvoda koji predstavljaju omjer cijene iz tekućeg perioda i bazne cijene (cijene iz decembra prethodne godine) Pri tome se kao mjera srednje vrijednosti koristi prosta geometrijska sredina Iz elementarnih indeksa se računaju agregatni indeksi klasa područja podpodručja i ukupan indeks korištenjem Laspayres-ove formule za ponderiranu aritmetičku sredinu
The producer price for non-domestic market is a price on a national border- FOB (free on board) which means that a seller pays the transport to the port deliverance loading costs and a buyer pays costs of transport assurance unloading and trasport to its final destination This price exclude VAT and similar taxes directly affecting turnover and all taxes and fees on products and services that enterprises pay The subventions received are added All the data should be submitted to the Entities institutes each month for the period from 21th of the previous to the 20th of current month The Entities Institutes completes the data entry process and calculates the PPI for the level of Entity and forward the indices to the Agency for statistics of BampH that calculates the index for the state level Weights Weights applayed for the calculation of producer price index represent the relative share of selected products in the total value of salles of industrial products on the domestic market Weights are based on the results of the Annual Survey on Industrial production (IND-21) for the year 2015 but for the state level the weights are based on the relative share of each Entity in the total production also from the year 2015 Each year the weights are price updated Classificiation Classification of industrial products is based on the Nomenclature of Industrial Products in BampH 2010 based on the PRODCOM List 2010 Aggregation The first step in calculation of PPI is the calculation of elementary indices at the level of each products that is the ratio between the current month price and the base price (from December of the previous year) After that the simple geometric mean is applayed The second step is the calculation of the indices of higher aggregates such as classes divisions subsections sections and overall index using the Laspayeresacutes formula for the weighted arithmetic mean

U decembru 2020 godine u poređenju sa prethodnim mjesecom cijene industrijskih proizvoda na domaćem tržištu su zabilježile rast u Energiji za 35 Intermedijarnim proizvodima za 03 Trajnim i Netrajnim proizvodima za 01 U decembru 2020 godine u poređenju sa istim mjesecom prethodne godine zabilježen je rast cijena u Intermedijarnim proizvodima za 07 Kapitalnim proizvodima za 14 i Trajnim dobrima za 03 dok je pad zabilježen u Energiji za 03 i Netrajnim dobrima za 08 Proizvođačke cijene industrijskih proizvoda na nedomaćem tržištu U decembru 2020godine u poređenju sa prethodnim mjesecom proizvođačke cijene industrijskih proizvoda na nedomaćem tržištu više su u Intermedijarnim proizvodima za 08 te Trajnim proizvodima za 02 dok je pad zabilježen u Energiji za 01 Kapitalnim proizvodima za 06 te Netrajnim proizvodima za 05 U decembru 2020godine u poređenju sa istim mjesecom prethodne godine proizvođačke cijene industrijskih proizvoda porasle su u Kapitalnim proizvodima za 04 te Trajnim proizvodima za 06 dok je pad zabilježen u Energiji za 16 Intermedijarnim proizvodima za 05 te Netrajnim proizvodima za 27

METODOLOŠKA OBJAŠNJENJA Definicija indeksa proizvođačkih cijena Indeks cijena proizvođača industrijskih proizvoda je kratkoročni statistički indikator koji predstavlja mjeru promjena cijena proizvoda koje industrijska preduzeća proizvode i prodaju na domaćem i nedomaćem tržištu Namjena Prvenstvena namjena Indeksa cijena proizvođača industrijskih proizvoda je da služi kao inidikator opće inflacije Zatim služi i kao indikator makroekonomskih performansi eskalator za prilagođavanje cijena u dugoročnim ugovorima deflator nominalnih vrijednosti outputa ili međufazne potrošnje u ostvarenom obimu proizvodnje i deflator za nominalne vrijednosti kapitalnih troškova u nacionalnim računima važan alat pri kreiranju i vođenju monetarnih i fiskalnih politika kao i za donošenje informisanih ekonomskih odluka u privatnom sektoru Indeks cijena proizvođača industrijskih proizvoda u Bosni i Hercegovini Indeks cijena proizvođača u Bosni i Hercegovini se izračunava na osnovu reprezentativne liste proizvoda i njihovih proizvođača koju čine oko 570 proizvodnih subjekta Svakog mjeseca se prikuplja oko 4255 cijene direktno od samih proizvođača putem jedinstvenog obrasca koji je nastao kao rezultat saradnje sa italijanskim partnerima Obuhvat indeksa Osnovni kriterij pri odabiru proizvoda i usluga koji će se mjesečno posmatrati je bio kriterij proizvođača i proizvoda sa najvećom realizacijom na tržištu a prema podacima dobijenim putem godišnjeg istraživanja o industriji (IND-21) Sami proizvođači i proizvodi su odabrani od strane entitetskih Zavoda za statistiku dok su pojedinačne stavke unutar tih proizvoda odabrane od strane samih proizvođačkih preduzeća Snimanje cijena Prodajna cijena proizvođača industrijskih proizvoda na domaćem tržištu je cijena po kojoj proizvođač prodaje svoje proizvode redovnim kupcima na domaćem tržištu u najvećim količinama franko utovareno na vagon (kamion) u mjestu proizvođača U tu cijenu ulaze regresi ukoliko ih proizvođač ostvaruje a isključuju se trgovački rabati i popusti koje prodavac odobrava kupcu PDV i akcize
NOTES ON METHODOLOGY Definition of producer price index Producer price index is a short-term statistical indicator that represents the measurement of change of prices of industrial products produced and sold by enterprises on domestic and non-domestic market Purpose This statistical indicator serves as the measure of inflation It can also serve as the indicator of economical perfomances escalator in long-term contracts deflator for output values intermediate consumption and capital consumption in National Accounts and as a important tool in creating monetary and fiscal politic Producer price index in Bosnia and Herzegovina PPI in Bosnia and Herzegovina is calculated based on the representative list of products and itacutes producers making a sample of cca570 producers Each month 4255 prices are collected directly from producers throug the unique questionnary created in cooperation with Italian experts Coverage The main criterion for selecting the sample of enterprises products and services that are surveyed was the volume of production and selling on the domestic market got from the Annual survey on Industrial production (IND-21) Entities institutes of statistics have created the sample of enterprises and products and the enterprises itself have choosen the items to be priced Prices collection The price that is to be collected each month on the domestic market represents a price for which producer sells his products to the regular costumers on the domestic market at maximum volume franco loaded into a wagon (truck) at the producers location It includes reimbursements if applicable and it excludes commercial rabbates disscounts VAT and excises
Cijena proizvođača proizvoda za strano tržište je cijena na nacionalnoj granici- FOB (free on board) što znači da prodavac plaća prijevoz robe do luke isporuke i troškove utovara a kupac plaća prijevoz osiguranje troškove istovara te prijevoz od odredišne luke do krajnjeg mjesta korištenja Pomenuta cijena isključuje PDV i slične poreze direktno vezane za promet kao i sve takse i namete na proizvode i usluge koje preduzeća plaćaju dok se eventualno primljene subvencije na proizvode dodaju Sve cijene se prikupljaju mjesečno u periodu prikupljanja od 21prošlog mjeseca do 20tekućeg mjeseca Obrazac se dostavlja proizvođačkim preduzećima koji ga popunjenog dostavljaju u centrale Entitetskih zavoda za statistiku koje vrše obradu podataka te izračunate indekse dostavljaju Agenciji za statistiku BiH radi njihova agregiranja za nivo Bosne i Hercegovine Ponderi Ponderi koji se primjenjuju za izračunavanje indeksa proizvođačkih cijena predstavljaju relativno učešće odabranih proizvoda u ukupnoj vrijednosti prodaje industrijskih proizvoda na domaćem tržištu Za ovo istraživanje primjenjuju se ponderi baziraju na podacima Godišnjeg izvještaja industrije (IND-a 21) iz 2015 godine dok se na nivou države na relativnom učešću pojedinačnog entiteta u ukupnoj proizvodnji iz 2015 godine Svake godine se ponderi korigiraju kretanjem cijena iz prethodne godine Klasifikacija Klasifikacija industrijskih proizvoda se bazira na Nomenklaturi industrijskih proizvoda BiH 2010 zasnovane na PRODCOM listi 2010 Agregiranje Pri izračunavanju indeksa proizvođačkih cijena prvo se izračunavaju elementarni indeksi na nivou proizvoda koji predstavljaju omjer cijene iz tekućeg perioda i bazne cijene (cijene iz decembra prethodne godine) Pri tome se kao mjera srednje vrijednosti koristi prosta geometrijska sredina Iz elementarnih indeksa se računaju agregatni indeksi klasa područja podpodručja i ukupan indeks korištenjem Laspayres-ove formule za ponderiranu aritmetičku sredinu
The producer price for non-domestic market is a price on a national border- FOB (free on board) which means that a seller pays the transport to the port deliverance loading costs and a buyer pays costs of transport assurance unloading and trasport to its final destination This price exclude VAT and similar taxes directly affecting turnover and all taxes and fees on products and services that enterprises pay The subventions received are added All the data should be submitted to the Entities institutes each month for the period from 21th of the previous to the 20th of current month The Entities Institutes completes the data entry process and calculates the PPI for the level of Entity and forward the indices to the Agency for statistics of BampH that calculates the index for the state level Weights Weights applayed for the calculation of producer price index represent the relative share of selected products in the total value of salles of industrial products on the domestic market Weights are based on the results of the Annual Survey on Industrial production (IND-21) for the year 2015 but for the state level the weights are based on the relative share of each Entity in the total production also from the year 2015 Each year the weights are price updated Classificiation Classification of industrial products is based on the Nomenclature of Industrial Products in BampH 2010 based on the PRODCOM List 2010 Aggregation The first step in calculation of PPI is the calculation of elementary indices at the level of each products that is the ratio between the current month price and the base price (from December of the previous year) After that the simple geometric mean is applayed The second step is the calculation of the indices of higher aggregates such as classes divisions subsections sections and overall index using the Laspayeresacutes formula for the weighted arithmetic mean

METODOLOŠKA OBJAŠNJENJA Definicija indeksa proizvođačkih cijena Indeks cijena proizvođača industrijskih proizvoda je kratkoročni statistički indikator koji predstavlja mjeru promjena cijena proizvoda koje industrijska preduzeća proizvode i prodaju na domaćem i nedomaćem tržištu Namjena Prvenstvena namjena Indeksa cijena proizvođača industrijskih proizvoda je da služi kao inidikator opće inflacije Zatim služi i kao indikator makroekonomskih performansi eskalator za prilagođavanje cijena u dugoročnim ugovorima deflator nominalnih vrijednosti outputa ili međufazne potrošnje u ostvarenom obimu proizvodnje i deflator za nominalne vrijednosti kapitalnih troškova u nacionalnim računima važan alat pri kreiranju i vođenju monetarnih i fiskalnih politika kao i za donošenje informisanih ekonomskih odluka u privatnom sektoru Indeks cijena proizvođača industrijskih proizvoda u Bosni i Hercegovini Indeks cijena proizvođača u Bosni i Hercegovini se izračunava na osnovu reprezentativne liste proizvoda i njihovih proizvođača koju čine oko 570 proizvodnih subjekta Svakog mjeseca se prikuplja oko 4255 cijene direktno od samih proizvođača putem jedinstvenog obrasca koji je nastao kao rezultat saradnje sa italijanskim partnerima Obuhvat indeksa Osnovni kriterij pri odabiru proizvoda i usluga koji će se mjesečno posmatrati je bio kriterij proizvođača i proizvoda sa najvećom realizacijom na tržištu a prema podacima dobijenim putem godišnjeg istraživanja o industriji (IND-21) Sami proizvođači i proizvodi su odabrani od strane entitetskih Zavoda za statistiku dok su pojedinačne stavke unutar tih proizvoda odabrane od strane samih proizvođačkih preduzeća Snimanje cijena Prodajna cijena proizvođača industrijskih proizvoda na domaćem tržištu je cijena po kojoj proizvođač prodaje svoje proizvode redovnim kupcima na domaćem tržištu u najvećim količinama franko utovareno na vagon (kamion) u mjestu proizvođača U tu cijenu ulaze regresi ukoliko ih proizvođač ostvaruje a isključuju se trgovački rabati i popusti koje prodavac odobrava kupcu PDV i akcize

The producer price for non-domestic market is a price on a national border- FOB (free on board) which means that a seller pays the transport to the port deliverance loading costs and a buyer pays costs of transport assurance unloading and trasport to its final destination This price exclude VAT and similar taxes directly affecting turnover and all taxes and fees on products and services that enterprises pay The subventions received are added All the data should be submitted to the Entities institutes each month for the period from 21th of the previous to the 20th of current month The Entities Institutes completes the data entry process and calculates the PPI for the level of Entity and forward the indices to the Agency for statistics of BampH that calculates the index for the state level Weights Weights applayed for the calculation of producer price index represent the relative share of selected products in the total value of salles of industrial products on the domestic market Weights are based on the results of the Annual Survey on Industrial production (IND-21) for the year 2015 but for the state level the weights are based on the relative share of each Entity in the total production also from the year 2015 Each year the weights are price updated Classificiation Classification of industrial products is based on the Nomenclature of Industrial Products in BampH 2010 based on the PRODCOM List 2010 Aggregation The first step in calculation of PPI is the calculation of elementary indices at the level of each products that is the ratio between the current month price and the base price (from December of the previous year) After that the simple geometric mean is applayed The second step is the calculation of the indices of higher aggregates such as classes divisions subsections sections and overall index using the Laspayeresacutes formula for the weighted arithmetic mean

METODOLOŠKA OBJAŠNJENJA Definicija indeksa proizvođačkih cijena Indeks cijena proizvođača industrijskih proizvoda je kratkoročni statistički indikator koji predstavlja mjeru promjena cijena proizvoda koje industrijska preduzeća proizvode i prodaju na domaćem i nedomaćem tržištu Namjena Prvenstvena namjena Indeksa cijena proizvođača industrijskih proizvoda je da služi kao inidikator opće inflacije Zatim služi i kao indikator makroekonomskih performansi eskalator za prilagođavanje cijena u dugoročnim ugovorima deflator nominalnih vrijednosti outputa ili međufazne potrošnje u ostvarenom obimu proizvodnje i deflator za nominalne vrijednosti kapitalnih troškova u nacionalnim računima važan alat pri kreiranju i vođenju monetarnih i fiskalnih politika kao i za donošenje informisanih ekonomskih odluka u privatnom sektoru Indeks cijena proizvođača industrijskih proizvoda u Bosni i Hercegovini Indeks cijena proizvođača u Bosni i Hercegovini se izračunava na osnovu reprezentativne liste proizvoda i njihovih proizvođača koju čine oko 570 proizvodnih subjekta Svakog mjeseca se prikuplja oko 4255 cijene direktno od samih proizvođača putem jedinstvenog obrasca koji je nastao kao rezultat saradnje sa italijanskim partnerima Obuhvat indeksa Osnovni kriterij pri odabiru proizvoda i usluga koji će se mjesečno posmatrati je bio kriterij proizvođača i proizvoda sa najvećom realizacijom na tržištu a prema podacima dobijenim putem godišnjeg istraživanja o industriji (IND-21) Sami proizvođači i proizvodi su odabrani od strane entitetskih Zavoda za statistiku dok su pojedinačne stavke unutar tih proizvoda odabrane od strane samih proizvođačkih preduzeća Snimanje cijena Prodajna cijena proizvođača industrijskih proizvoda na domaćem tržištu je cijena po kojoj proizvođač prodaje svoje proizvode redovnim kupcima na domaćem tržištu u najvećim količinama franko utovareno na vagon (kamion) u mjestu proizvođača U tu cijenu ulaze regresi ukoliko ih proizvođač ostvaruje a isključuju se trgovački rabati i popusti koje prodavac odobrava kupcu PDV i akcize
NOTES ON METHODOLOGY Definition of producer price index Producer price index is a short-term statistical indicator that represents the measurement of change of prices of industrial products produced and sold by enterprises on domestic and non-domestic market Purpose This statistical indicator serves as the measure of inflation It can also serve as the indicator of economical perfomances escalator in long-term contracts deflator for output values intermediate consumption and capital consumption in National Accounts and as a important tool in creating monetary and fiscal politic Producer price index in Bosnia and Herzegovina PPI in Bosnia and Herzegovina is calculated based on the representative list of products and itacutes producers making a sample of cca570 producers Each month 4255 prices are collected directly from producers throug the unique questionnary created in cooperation with Italian experts Coverage The main criterion for selecting the sample of enterprises products and services that are surveyed was the volume of production and selling on the domestic market got from the Annual survey on Industrial production (IND-21) Entities institutes of statistics have created the sample of enterprises and products and the enterprises itself have choosen the items to be priced Prices collection The price that is to be collected each month on the domestic market represents a price for which producer sells his products to the regular costumers on the domestic market at maximum volume franco loaded into a wagon (truck) at the producers location It includes reimbursements if applicable and it excludes commercial rabbates disscounts VAT and excises
Cijena proizvođača proizvoda za strano tržište je cijena na nacionalnoj granici- FOB (free on board) što znači da prodavac plaća prijevoz robe do luke isporuke i troškove utovara a kupac plaća prijevoz osiguranje troškove istovara te prijevoz od odredišne luke do krajnjeg mjesta korištenja Pomenuta cijena isključuje PDV i slične poreze direktno vezane za promet kao i sve takse i namete na proizvode i usluge koje preduzeća plaćaju dok se eventualno primljene subvencije na proizvode dodaju Sve cijene se prikupljaju mjesečno u periodu prikupljanja od 21prošlog mjeseca do 20tekućeg mjeseca Obrazac se dostavlja proizvođačkim preduzećima koji ga popunjenog dostavljaju u centrale Entitetskih zavoda za statistiku koje vrše obradu podataka te izračunate indekse dostavljaju Agenciji za statistiku BiH radi njihova agregiranja za nivo Bosne i Hercegovine Ponderi Ponderi koji se primjenjuju za izračunavanje indeksa proizvođačkih cijena predstavljaju relativno učešće odabranih proizvoda u ukupnoj vrijednosti prodaje industrijskih proizvoda na domaćem tržištu Za ovo istraživanje primjenjuju se ponderi baziraju na podacima Godišnjeg izvještaja industrije (IND-a 21) iz 2015 godine dok se na nivou države na relativnom učešću pojedinačnog entiteta u ukupnoj proizvodnji iz 2015 godine Svake godine se ponderi korigiraju kretanjem cijena iz prethodne godine Klasifikacija Klasifikacija industrijskih proizvoda se bazira na Nomenklaturi industrijskih proizvoda BiH 2010 zasnovane na PRODCOM listi 2010 Agregiranje Pri izračunavanju indeksa proizvođačkih cijena prvo se izračunavaju elementarni indeksi na nivou proizvoda koji predstavljaju omjer cijene iz tekućeg perioda i bazne cijene (cijene iz decembra prethodne godine) Pri tome se kao mjera srednje vrijednosti koristi prosta geometrijska sredina Iz elementarnih indeksa se računaju agregatni indeksi klasa područja podpodručja i ukupan indeks korištenjem Laspayres-ove formule za ponderiranu aritmetičku sredinu

METODOLOŠKA OBJAŠNJENJA Definicija indeksa proizvođačkih cijena Indeks cijena proizvođača industrijskih proizvoda je kratkoročni statistički indikator koji predstavlja mjeru promjena cijena proizvoda koje industrijska preduzeća proizvode i prodaju na domaćem i nedomaćem tržištu Namjena Prvenstvena namjena Indeksa cijena proizvođača industrijskih proizvoda je da služi kao inidikator opće inflacije Zatim služi i kao indikator makroekonomskih performansi eskalator za prilagođavanje cijena u dugoročnim ugovorima deflator nominalnih vrijednosti outputa ili međufazne potrošnje u ostvarenom obimu proizvodnje i deflator za nominalne vrijednosti kapitalnih troškova u nacionalnim računima važan alat pri kreiranju i vođenju monetarnih i fiskalnih politika kao i za donošenje informisanih ekonomskih odluka u privatnom sektoru Indeks cijena proizvođača industrijskih proizvoda u Bosni i Hercegovini Indeks cijena proizvođača u Bosni i Hercegovini se izračunava na osnovu reprezentativne liste proizvoda i njihovih proizvođača koju čine oko 570 proizvodnih subjekta Svakog mjeseca se prikuplja oko 4255 cijene direktno od samih proizvođača putem jedinstvenog obrasca koji je nastao kao rezultat saradnje sa italijanskim partnerima Obuhvat indeksa Osnovni kriterij pri odabiru proizvoda i usluga koji će se mjesečno posmatrati je bio kriterij proizvođača i proizvoda sa najvećom realizacijom na tržištu a prema podacima dobijenim putem godišnjeg istraživanja o industriji (IND-21) Sami proizvođači i proizvodi su odabrani od strane entitetskih Zavoda za statistiku dok su pojedinačne stavke unutar tih proizvoda odabrane od strane samih proizvođačkih preduzeća Snimanje cijena Prodajna cijena proizvođača industrijskih proizvoda na domaćem tržištu je cijena po kojoj proizvođač prodaje svoje proizvode redovnim kupcima na domaćem tržištu u najvećim količinama franko utovareno na vagon (kamion) u mjestu proizvođača U tu cijenu ulaze regresi ukoliko ih proizvođač ostvaruje a isključuju se trgovački rabati i popusti koje prodavac odobrava kupcu PDV i akcize
NOTES ON METHODOLOGY Definition of producer price index Producer price index is a short-term statistical indicator that represents the measurement of change of prices of industrial products produced and sold by enterprises on domestic and non-domestic market Purpose This statistical indicator serves as the measure of inflation It can also serve as the indicator of economical perfomances escalator in long-term contracts deflator for output values intermediate consumption and capital consumption in National Accounts and as a important tool in creating monetary and fiscal politic Producer price index in Bosnia and Herzegovina PPI in Bosnia and Herzegovina is calculated based on the representative list of products and itacutes producers making a sample of cca570 producers Each month 4255 prices are collected directly from producers throug the unique questionnary created in cooperation with Italian experts Coverage The main criterion for selecting the sample of enterprises products and services that are surveyed was the volume of production and selling on the domestic market got from the Annual survey on Industrial production (IND-21) Entities institutes of statistics have created the sample of enterprises and products and the enterprises itself have choosen the items to be priced Prices collection The price that is to be collected each month on the domestic market represents a price for which producer sells his products to the regular costumers on the domestic market at maximum volume franco loaded into a wagon (truck) at the producers location It includes reimbursements if applicable and it excludes commercial rabbates disscounts VAT and excises
Cijena proizvođača proizvoda za strano tržište je cijena na nacionalnoj granici- FOB (free on board) što znači da prodavac plaća prijevoz robe do luke isporuke i troškove utovara a kupac plaća prijevoz osiguranje troškove istovara te prijevoz od odredišne luke do krajnjeg mjesta korištenja Pomenuta cijena isključuje PDV i slične poreze direktno vezane za promet kao i sve takse i namete na proizvode i usluge koje preduzeća plaćaju dok se eventualno primljene subvencije na proizvode dodaju Sve cijene se prikupljaju mjesečno u periodu prikupljanja od 21prošlog mjeseca do 20tekućeg mjeseca Obrazac se dostavlja proizvođačkim preduzećima koji ga popunjenog dostavljaju u centrale Entitetskih zavoda za statistiku koje vrše obradu podataka te izračunate indekse dostavljaju Agenciji za statistiku BiH radi njihova agregiranja za nivo Bosne i Hercegovine Ponderi Ponderi koji se primjenjuju za izračunavanje indeksa proizvođačkih cijena predstavljaju relativno učešće odabranih proizvoda u ukupnoj vrijednosti prodaje industrijskih proizvoda na domaćem tržištu Za ovo istraživanje primjenjuju se ponderi baziraju na podacima Godišnjeg izvještaja industrije (IND-a 21) iz 2015 godine dok se na nivou države na relativnom učešću pojedinačnog entiteta u ukupnoj proizvodnji iz 2015 godine Svake godine se ponderi korigiraju kretanjem cijena iz prethodne godine Klasifikacija Klasifikacija industrijskih proizvoda se bazira na Nomenklaturi industrijskih proizvoda BiH 2010 zasnovane na PRODCOM listi 2010 Agregiranje Pri izračunavanju indeksa proizvođačkih cijena prvo se izračunavaju elementarni indeksi na nivou proizvoda koji predstavljaju omjer cijene iz tekućeg perioda i bazne cijene (cijene iz decembra prethodne godine) Pri tome se kao mjera srednje vrijednosti koristi prosta geometrijska sredina Iz elementarnih indeksa se računaju agregatni indeksi klasa područja podpodručja i ukupan indeks korištenjem Laspayres-ove formule za ponderiranu aritmetičku sredinu
The producer price for non-domestic market is a price on a national border- FOB (free on board) which means that a seller pays the transport to the port deliverance loading costs and a buyer pays costs of transport assurance unloading and trasport to its final destination This price exclude VAT and similar taxes directly affecting turnover and all taxes and fees on products and services that enterprises pay The subventions received are added All the data should be submitted to the Entities institutes each month for the period from 21th of the previous to the 20th of current month The Entities Institutes completes the data entry process and calculates the PPI for the level of Entity and forward the indices to the Agency for statistics of BampH that calculates the index for the state level Weights Weights applayed for the calculation of producer price index represent the relative share of selected products in the total value of salles of industrial products on the domestic market Weights are based on the results of the Annual Survey on Industrial production (IND-21) for the year 2015 but for the state level the weights are based on the relative share of each Entity in the total production also from the year 2015 Each year the weights are price updated Classificiation Classification of industrial products is based on the Nomenclature of Industrial Products in BampH 2010 based on the PRODCOM List 2010 Aggregation The first step in calculation of PPI is the calculation of elementary indices at the level of each products that is the ratio between the current month price and the base price (from December of the previous year) After that the simple geometric mean is applayed The second step is the calculation of the indices of higher aggregates such as classes divisions subsections sections and overall index using the Laspayeresacutes formula for the weighted arithmetic mean

METODOLOŠKA OBJAŠNJENJA Definicija indeksa proizvođačkih cijena Indeks cijena proizvođača industrijskih proizvoda je kratkoročni statistički indikator koji predstavlja mjeru promjena cijena proizvoda koje industrijska preduzeća proizvode i prodaju na domaćem i nedomaćem tržištu Namjena Prvenstvena namjena Indeksa cijena proizvođača industrijskih proizvoda je da služi kao inidikator opće inflacije Zatim služi i kao indikator makroekonomskih performansi eskalator za prilagođavanje cijena u dugoročnim ugovorima deflator nominalnih vrijednosti outputa ili međufazne potrošnje u ostvarenom obimu proizvodnje i deflator za nominalne vrijednosti kapitalnih troškova u nacionalnim računima važan alat pri kreiranju i vođenju monetarnih i fiskalnih politika kao i za donošenje informisanih ekonomskih odluka u privatnom sektoru Indeks cijena proizvođača industrijskih proizvoda u Bosni i Hercegovini Indeks cijena proizvođača u Bosni i Hercegovini se izračunava na osnovu reprezentativne liste proizvoda i njihovih proizvođača koju čine oko 570 proizvodnih subjekta Svakog mjeseca se prikuplja oko 4255 cijene direktno od samih proizvođača putem jedinstvenog obrasca koji je nastao kao rezultat saradnje sa italijanskim partnerima Obuhvat indeksa Osnovni kriterij pri odabiru proizvoda i usluga koji će se mjesečno posmatrati je bio kriterij proizvođača i proizvoda sa najvećom realizacijom na tržištu a prema podacima dobijenim putem godišnjeg istraživanja o industriji (IND-21) Sami proizvođači i proizvodi su odabrani od strane entitetskih Zavoda za statistiku dok su pojedinačne stavke unutar tih proizvoda odabrane od strane samih proizvođačkih preduzeća Snimanje cijena Prodajna cijena proizvođača industrijskih proizvoda na domaćem tržištu je cijena po kojoj proizvođač prodaje svoje proizvode redovnim kupcima na domaćem tržištu u najvećim količinama franko utovareno na vagon (kamion) u mjestu proizvođača U tu cijenu ulaze regresi ukoliko ih proizvođač ostvaruje a isključuju se trgovački rabati i popusti koje prodavac odobrava kupcu PDV i akcize
NOTES ON METHODOLOGY Definition of producer price index Producer price index is a short-term statistical indicator that represents the measurement of change of prices of industrial products produced and sold by enterprises on domestic and non-domestic market Purpose This statistical indicator serves as the measure of inflation It can also serve as the indicator of economical perfomances escalator in long-term contracts deflator for output values intermediate consumption and capital consumption in National Accounts and as a important tool in creating monetary and fiscal politic Producer price index in Bosnia and Herzegovina PPI in Bosnia and Herzegovina is calculated based on the representative list of products and itacutes producers making a sample of cca570 producers Each month 4255 prices are collected directly from producers throug the unique questionnary created in cooperation with Italian experts Coverage The main criterion for selecting the sample of enterprises products and services that are surveyed was the volume of production and selling on the domestic market got from the Annual survey on Industrial production (IND-21) Entities institutes of statistics have created the sample of enterprises and products and the enterprises itself have choosen the items to be priced Prices collection The price that is to be collected each month on the domestic market represents a price for which producer sells his products to the regular costumers on the domestic market at maximum volume franco loaded into a wagon (truck) at the producers location It includes reimbursements if applicable and it excludes commercial rabbates disscounts VAT and excises
Cijena proizvođača proizvoda za strano tržište je cijena na nacionalnoj granici- FOB (free on board) što znači da prodavac plaća prijevoz robe do luke isporuke i troškove utovara a kupac plaća prijevoz osiguranje troškove istovara te prijevoz od odredišne luke do krajnjeg mjesta korištenja Pomenuta cijena isključuje PDV i slične poreze direktno vezane za promet kao i sve takse i namete na proizvode i usluge koje preduzeća plaćaju dok se eventualno primljene subvencije na proizvode dodaju Sve cijene se prikupljaju mjesečno u periodu prikupljanja od 21prošlog mjeseca do 20tekućeg mjeseca Obrazac se dostavlja proizvođačkim preduzećima koji ga popunjenog dostavljaju u centrale Entitetskih zavoda za statistiku koje vrše obradu podataka te izračunate indekse dostavljaju Agenciji za statistiku BiH radi njihova agregiranja za nivo Bosne i Hercegovine Ponderi Ponderi koji se primjenjuju za izračunavanje indeksa proizvođačkih cijena predstavljaju relativno učešće odabranih proizvoda u ukupnoj vrijednosti prodaje industrijskih proizvoda na domaćem tržištu Za ovo istraživanje primjenjuju se ponderi baziraju na podacima Godišnjeg izvještaja industrije (IND-a 21) iz 2015 godine dok se na nivou države na relativnom učešću pojedinačnog entiteta u ukupnoj proizvodnji iz 2015 godine Svake godine se ponderi korigiraju kretanjem cijena iz prethodne godine Klasifikacija Klasifikacija industrijskih proizvoda se bazira na Nomenklaturi industrijskih proizvoda BiH 2010 zasnovane na PRODCOM listi 2010 Agregiranje Pri izračunavanju indeksa proizvođačkih cijena prvo se izračunavaju elementarni indeksi na nivou proizvoda koji predstavljaju omjer cijene iz tekućeg perioda i bazne cijene (cijene iz decembra prethodne godine) Pri tome se kao mjera srednje vrijednosti koristi prosta geometrijska sredina Iz elementarnih indeksa se računaju agregatni indeksi klasa područja podpodručja i ukupan indeks korištenjem Laspayres-ove formule za ponderiranu aritmetičku sredinu
The producer price for non-domestic market is a price on a national border- FOB (free on board) which means that a seller pays the transport to the port deliverance loading costs and a buyer pays costs of transport assurance unloading and trasport to its final destination This price exclude VAT and similar taxes directly affecting turnover and all taxes and fees on products and services that enterprises pay The subventions received are added All the data should be submitted to the Entities institutes each month for the period from 21th of the previous to the 20th of current month The Entities Institutes completes the data entry process and calculates the PPI for the level of Entity and forward the indices to the Agency for statistics of BampH that calculates the index for the state level Weights Weights applayed for the calculation of producer price index represent the relative share of selected products in the total value of salles of industrial products on the domestic market Weights are based on the results of the Annual Survey on Industrial production (IND-21) for the year 2015 but for the state level the weights are based on the relative share of each Entity in the total production also from the year 2015 Each year the weights are price updated Classificiation Classification of industrial products is based on the Nomenclature of Industrial Products in BampH 2010 based on the PRODCOM List 2010 Aggregation The first step in calculation of PPI is the calculation of elementary indices at the level of each products that is the ratio between the current month price and the base price (from December of the previous year) After that the simple geometric mean is applayed The second step is the calculation of the indices of higher aggregates such as classes divisions subsections sections and overall index using the Laspayeresacutes formula for the weighted arithmetic mean
