The story of Capitán Estrella follows the adventures of a group of characters around the figure of the Captain. He is a sea lion, very handsome and patient, who has as friends a little crab called Alejo, a turtle named Lucrecia, and Estrellita, a starfish. These three characters met Mariana la Sirena, became friends, and together they discovered that a bad guy is throwing garbage on the beach where they play, but even though they try, they cannot catch him or know who he is. One day, without telling Mariana, his three friends left with the Captain on one of his trips around the world. The siren then met Pancracio the parrot, a seagull called Tica, the see horse Nereo, and the dolphin Serafin. With them she has many adventures, until his friends come back, introduce her to the Captain, and they fall in love at first sight.

One afternoon they want to celebrate their reunion on the beach, but discover that the mysterious character has returned, therefore they develop a plan to catch him. When they finally did, they found out that it was a rabbit, Pepe, and he confesses throwing garbage since he thought they would not play with him, because he is not a sea animal. Eventually the misunderstanding is solved; all become friends, cleaned the beach together, and have fun at the party.

Disfraces

He is a very skilled, handsome and athletic sailor, lover of the sea and the nature, who sailed the oceans in search of new adventures. He is very patient but a little cranky. He is a very good person, free spirited and very brave.

She is a very beautiful, playful, kindly and dreamy mermaid. She loves her friends, and for being so playful, they have to help her every time. She is a little shy, especially with the Captain, that is why the parrot Pancracio gives her a little push sometimes.

He is a very curious and bright parrot. He speaks loud and cheerful. He likes to make jokes, and mock others. He becomes friends with everybody because of his outgoing personality.

She is a very creative, messy and playful starfish.

She is a very wise turtle who knows much of the sea, its depths and the creatures that inhabit it. She is also very cautious and analyzes each situation, to take care of his friends.

He is a very curious and neat crab. He is a courageous leader who loves his friends, and goes together with the Captain everywhere.

She is a seagull who is always together with Pancracio. She flies with great skill, and love the sea and adventures.

Always ready to help others, the dolphin Serafin rescues Mariana when she is in trouble. He loves to take his friends to swim around the ocean.

He is a very good and proud sea horse. He says he is a thoroughbred of the ocean, and he is always trying to make everyone happy.

He is a rabbit who wants attention from others because he is very lonely, that is why he throws garbage on the beach. He is very good with handicrafts, especially making straw hats.
