necesita: una bolsa de plástico para cada grupo, y cacahuetes. Éstos
se distribuyen por el campo. Cada miembro del equipo debe elegir un
animal que coma cacahuetes. Cada animal nombrado de cada equipo
debe correr y coger los cacahuetes, y el equipo que acumule más,

THE NATIONAL MUSEUM OF NATURAL SCIENCES
The 16th of March, the classes of 6th A and 6th B went
to the National Museum of Natural Sciences in Madrid.
We were separated in groups. Our group saw the history
of dinosaurs, and we saw other animals of the
prehistory. The other group saw some minerals and the
skeleton of a bear. We had lots of fun and we learnt a
lot!

DAY OF AUTISM
We celebrated the Day of Autism on the 31st of March.
We did a Gymkana and we watched a film named “María y
yo”. We wrote a story called “Kevin and me”, and we also
did a Mannequin Challenge. We were in a speech with two
people with autism. The international day of autism is on
the 2nd of April.

ACTIVIDADES DEPORTIVAS
El viernes 28 de abril fuimos a la cross, que es una actividad
que trata de correr. En Educación Física hacemos muchísimos
tipos de deportes y juegos muy divertidos, y además nos
preparamos para correr en la cross. Cada curso corre
diferentes metros o kilómetros, pero nosotros este año
correremos aproximadamente 1 km.
Nos gusta mucho Educación Física, ya que en cada tema
trabajamos un deporte diferente (fútbol, baloncesto,
voleibol, acrosport,…). ¡Lo pasamos muy bien!

If you are from 6 to 12 years old, you can play this Australian game. To play, you need to use a rope of 4 metres, a can and a little ball for each player. We also need to make two rows and have a separation between the two rows for one person to move in this space. A player needs to move between the rows, with the rope tied to his waist, where the can is hanging. When that player is running, the other players have to throw their balls to hit the can. The person who hits the can is the one that in the next round, goes between the rows.

LET´S GO TO THE THEATRE On the 27th of March we went to Buero Vallejo Theatre. We watched a part of a play from another school of Alcorcón. Carlos and Francis told us about the theatre and a writer named Isabel González, and how she works. She writes outlines for kids.

UN JUEGO MUY DIVERTIDO En Educación Física hemos aprendido un juego que se llama “a tierra”. El
material que se necesita para jugar es una pelota de tenis (aunque si los niños
son menores de 10 años juegan con globos). La edad recomendada para este
juego es de 10 a 16 años y la duración del juego es de 10 minutos. Hay que
organizar un equipo de 5 a 7 miembros y se tienen que poner en círculo.
Entonces uno de los miembros saca la pelota o globo con cualquier parte del
cuerpo, y también se pueden quitar partes del cuerpo para que tenga algo más
de dificultad.

CELEBRATING THE INTERNATIONAL DAY OF AUTISM A mannequin challenge is an imitation of a manniquin. We did a mannequin challenge where we imitated people playing games. Teacher Luis recorded a video. Later we watched it on our whiteboardand it was really amazing. With this activity, we celebrated the international day of autism.

In January we visited the glass museum. There we made handcrafts that consisted of glass paintings. After that we watched a video that showed us the machine for making the glass. Then we went up the stairs and we could see the machine for the glass. After that, we went up stairs again to see all the objects made of glass.

MANNEQUIN CHALLENGE
Para celebrar el día internacional del autismo preparamos en el colegio un mannequin challenge, y os vamos a explicar cómo lo hicimos: 1º. - Hay que estarse quieto como un maniquí, pero antes hay que elegir una pose. Nosotros elegimos el momento de recoger en clase y situarnos para irnos a casa. 2º. - Cuando todos estén quietos en su pose, alguien tiene que ir grabando de uno en uno a todas las personas que forman parte del mannequin challenge. El resultado es un video en el que nadie se mueve.

RITMICICLA
En marzo hicimos un taller llamado
“RITMICICLA” al que teníamos que llevar una
botella de agua vacía de 1,5 l. El taller consistía
en hacer una banda de música con objetos
reciclados. Hicimos música con botellas y cubos
y el monitor del taller trajo una batería hecha de
plástico. Además con un bote de Nutella muy
grande hizo un cajón. También trajo varias cajas
largas que simulaban las gotas de la lluvia.
Algunos compañeros nuestros hicieron música
con perchas. ¡Fue genial!

BIZCOCHO A LA TAZA Ingredientes: Una taza y una cuchara 1 huevo Aceite de girasol Leche Azúcar Cacao en polvo Harina Elaboración: Hay que echar el huevo en la taza y batirlo muy bien. Después echar 3 cucharas de aceite y 4 de leche y volver a mezclar. Ahora añadir 3 cucharaditas pequeñas de azúcar y 4 de cacao en polvo, y por último 4 cucharadas de harina. Remover muy bien. Meterlo 3 minutos al microondas y esperar a que se enfríe para comerlo. ¡Riquísimo!

LA PISCINA INOLVIDABLE
Un día soleado, los alumnos de 4º se fueron a una excursión a unas piscinas que hay en San Sebastián de los Reyes.
Todos estaban muy emocionados. Entonces se montaron en el autocar y llegaron al complejo de las piscinas climatizadas
de Dehesa Boyal. Cuando llegaron estaban tan ilusionados que bajaron corriendo del autocar. Tomaron el desayuno y
¡toda la tropa hacia dentro! Lo primero fue entrar en los vestuarios, y ya una vez cambiados los dividieron en tres grupos
y fueron cambiando de área. Había tres áreas: una de ellas era un río rápido donde les llevaba la corriente, y al lado del
río rápido había un tobogán con luces. Otro de ellos era una piscina de natación normal y corriente, y el último espacio
era una piscina más pequeña con todo el material necesario. Es una excursión que ninguno podremos olvidar. ALBA 4ºA

LEARNING ABOUT OUR BODY SYSTEMS
In Natural Sciences we learned our systems (Digestive System, Respiratory System, Locomotor System, Circulatory System and Nervous System). We made 5 groups. In my group we were five pupils. The teacher made a body and we drew: THE HEART, THE BLOOD VESSELS, OUR NAMES AND THE TITLE. My favorite poster is about Circulatory System.

TIMELINE We did a timeline in Social Science with the different historical time periods and their chronological order. Each group made a period with a summary and pictures about it. We have put the posters under the blackboard. It was a funny activity!

Los alumnos de tercero visitamos el Parque Regional del Sureste. Situado en el entorno de los ríos Jarama y Manzanares, es un área natural que incluye zonas de alto valor ecológico, paleontológico y arqueológico. Allí disfrutamos con todo lo que vimos: la fauna, el paisaje, el puente de hierro y el Centro Medioambiental El CAMPILLO, en el que realizamos varias actividades estupendas.

WE WILL VISIT FAUNIA We have a visit to the Faunia´s zoo in May. We already know many animals and we can draw them very well but we want to see them alive. Playing, running, eating and sharing a day with us.
IRELAND We learned about Ireland. This year, taking advantage of St. Patrick's Day, we have made a worksheet. We have learned how the Irish flag is, the luck of the Irish, the leprechaun, and what's hidden at the end of the rainbow. We have also taken the opportunity to make a wish.
NUESTRO PRIMER DÍA DE COLE
El primer día de cole hicimos un juego muy divertido: la tela de araña. Con un ovillo de lana, cada uno de nosotros nos fuimos presentando y diciendo qué es lo que más nos había gustado del verano…poco a poco la tela de araña se fue tejiendo…¡menudo enredo! Los alumnos de 1º B

SALVAN LA PIERNA DE HUGO
Todo empezó cuando estábamos en el patio jugando a polis y cacos. Uno de nuestros compañeros, Hugo, huía de los polis y al saltar una valla, su pierna se quedó atrapada ¡Vaya susto! Tuvimos que pedir ayuda a los bomberos, que liberaron la pierna de Hugo en un pis-pas.

INFANTIL
¡DE FIESTA EN EL COLE!
En el Vicente Aleixandre nos encanta divertirnos y por ello celebramos varias
fiestas a lo largo del curso. Este año, comenzamos con la castañada en la que
comimos… ¡unas ricas castañas asadas!
Después de llenar el estómago, llegó Halloween y nos convertimos en divertidos
personajes de terror.
Al llegar la navidad, con esfuerzo y tesón preparamos un festival muy molón.
Continuamos disfrazándonos para celebrar el carnaval y de paso el cine poder
trabajar. Finalmente hicimos actividades y juegos, para saber cómo ve el mundo
un niño autista.

INFANTIL
¡NOS VAMOS DE EXCURSIÓN!
Personajes de cuento, romanos, animales, música maravillosa…No nos ha faltado
casi nada este año.
A lo largo de nuestras excursiones los peques del cole se convirtieron en
protagonistas de cuentos en el Museo del Traje, mientras que los mayores de 5
años se sumergían en la antigua Roma en el Museo Arqueológico y disfrutaban de
una bonita ópera en el Teatro Real.
Pero si hay algo que nos encanta, es juntarnos mayores y pequeños de Infantil y
pasarlo genial. Este año fuimos a la GRANJA.
Pero todavía no hemos terminado, nos queda por contaros el día que estuvimos en
el TEATRO: pasamos un día genial viendo la obra de “El ratoncito Pérez”.
