Exit the M25 at junction 7 and continue south along the M23 then A23 for about 30 miles. At the junction with the A27, join the A27 signposted to Lewes and Polegate and continue for 20 miles. Continue left on the A27 when it merges with the A2270. Take the second exit at the Cophall Roundabout onto the A22 towards Hailsham. Go straight over at the next two roundabouts, continuing on the A22. At the Boship roundabout take the third exit so you do a U-turn back onto the A22 (signposted Eastbourne). In 0.6 miles turn left into Hempstead Lane and the development will be on your left.
