Language Teaching Method created by James Asher based on the coordination of language and physical movement.

Students respond with whole-body actions, similar to MT development.

Grammar is NOT taught explicitly, but can be learned from the input.

TPR is a valuable way to learn vocabulary and have fun.

3 TPR hypotheses:

Language is learned primarily by listening.

Language learning should NOT involve any stress.

It can ONLY be used with human beings of all ages, especially from 2 to 100 years oldies.
