Elecsafe Electrical Gloves are designed to protect the hands
when working with or near a charged circuit. A standard pair of
electrical gloves is made from rubber which has been tested to
determine how much voltage it can endure. The higher the
voltage limits, the higher the rating on the gloves. Good gloves
are durable, but also flexible, so that they do not interfere with the
operator's movements while working.
Elecsafe Hand Gloves are manufactured from propriety latex
compound. They are soft, durable and smooth in finish, with a
comfortable grip and extended sleeves for forearm protection.
The gloves are waterproof and provide protection while working
on any electrical line or equipment.

SELECTING THE RIGHT SIZE
Proper fit is important. To get the right size, measure
the circumference around the palm. Additional space
would be required if fabric glove liners are to worn.

A facility must provide and demonstrate a safety program
with defined responsibilities
The degree of arc flash hazard around specific
equipment must be calculated
Before a operator may approach electrical equipment, a
flash hazard assessment must be performed
A limited approach boundary, or shock protection
boundary to be crossed only by properly trained and
protected workers with a written work plan, must be
established
A Flash Protection Boundary (FPB) is a safe approach
distance from energized equipment
Training for operators on the hazards of arc flash
Hazard assessment is a safety prerequitse for arc flash clothing
Arc flash clothes are critically important to
keep operators safe. On wearing the arc
flash protective equipments appropriately,
electrical operators can reduce the risk of
electrical injuries and death to minimum.

SHOCK ABSORBING LANYARDSSAFE CONNECT-351
The Shock absorbing lanyard comprises of an essential component
of the connecting system, since it absorbs the major impact caused
in an event of a fall.
The Shock Absorber should be a part of any vital connecting system
thus reducing the force to a minimum that is felt in an event of a fall,
saving from any internal damage caused to the body.
