The E-Z Flow is a basic electronic fluid control system for closed- loop flow control and 2k mixing. It is designed to control the ratio for one dual-component material or the flow rate of one single-compo- nent fluid. The E-Z Flow has been developed and engineered for ease of use. Features include the abil- ity to store up to five jobs. The user-friendly menus are en- hanced by the controller’s easy-to- read backlit LCD. Its compact 19- in. rack design helps it adapt to most environments. Circle 415 on the reader service card

MS1 has introduced a line of pe- ripherals engineered to improve the performance or flexibility, or any electrocoating operation. In-
cluded in the MS1 peripherals line are deionized water generators (both resin technologies and re- verse osmosis); paint replenish- ment modules (automatic and semiautomatic) for make-up of
resin or paste depleted during the coating process; solution transfer carts, which both agitate and move paint to and from storage; and catholyte/anolyte circulation modules, which supply constant flow through each flushable cell. Equipment is factory piped, wired and assembled, and tested before shipment. Circle 417 on the reader service card
ELECTROPLATING PROCESS
OMG Fidelity, Newark, N.J.
The Reel-Satin 2544 high-speed, high-efficiency, low-foam electro- plating process from OMG Fidel- ity has been designed for rapid deposition of pure tin and tin-lead alloys at very high current den-
sity. The process offers the advan- tage of being compatible with both methane sulfonate and flu- oborate electrolytes. It is ideal for high-speed wire plating applica- tions, obtaining fine-grained, uni- form, satin deposits over a wide cathode current density range. The resulting tin and tin-lead de- posits are characterized by very low carbon content and excellent reflow and solderability proper- ties. Circle 418 on the reader service card
