Electroline has fittings for everyconceivable cable size up 4/0. In addition,Electroline offers a complete assortment ofservice entrance heads in aluminum andPVC and a variety of mast kit accessories.

Electroline offers aluminum threaded rigidand set-screw EMT conduit bodies, as wellas malleable iron condulets. Save time,money and shelf space and eliminate lostparts- by buying Electroline conduit bodiesalready assembled with cover and gasket.Our combo type conduit bodies can be usedfor EMT, IMC or Rigid.

Electroline has an extensive line of topquality EMT and galvanized rigid tubularelbows in 90 degree and 45 degree, plus a

complete line of threaded nipples andcouplings.

Electroline offers specification, heavy-dutyand commodity grade ground clamps, plusUL Listed direct burial grounding rodclamps. Whether it’s die cast zinc or bronze,we have the right grounding fittings for theapplication.

Electroline straps and staples aremanufactured ONLY with the highestquality, heavy gauge galvanized steel toprevent bending and buckling uponinstallation. Our ‘’snap on’’ straps mean

quick installation. They also bear a tradesize for easy identification.

Electroline offers a full line of easy-toinstall holding devices and accessories. Our

conduit hangers, in particular, are availableassembled with nuts and carriage bolts,requiring the electrician to use only one toolfor installation.

Directions Of Use

Polyamides are among the most important thermoplastic synthetic

materials. Thermoplastics can be reshaped by heating as often asrequired without undergoing chemical decomposition or othernegative changes. This makes polyamide ideal for processing viainjection moulding into high quality products. About 90% of cableties and fixings from Electroline cable ties are made from thismaterial. Polyamide is also known under the brand name ofNylon®, which was introduced by the Dupont company. The innerstructure of polyamide displays a partial order of polymer chains,i.e. polyamides are partially crystalline. Due to the tighter packingof the individual molecular chains polyamide only has limitedtransparency to light. The plastic is therefore described astranslucent.

The polyamide PA66 has many properties which are highlyadvantageous for Electroline cable ties and fixings, such as:

Polyamide is a hygroscopic material. This means that the material absorbs and loses moisture. For optimum handling of cableties it is important that the material is in a condition of equilibrium with a water content of approximately 2.5%.
