    1. SAFETY INFORMATION

    Before the installation and use of the appliance, carefullyread the supplied instructions. The manufacturer is notresponsible if an incorrect installation and use causes in-

    juries and damages. Always keep the instructions withthe appliance for future reference.

    1.1 Children and vulnerable people safetyWARNING!Risk of suffocation, injury or permanent disability.

    • This appliance can be used by children aged from 8years and above and persons with reduced physical,sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience andknowledge if they are supervised by an adult or a per-son who is responsible for their safety.

    • Do not let children play with the appliance. Children un-der 3 years must not be left unsupervised in the vicinityof the appliance.

    • Keep all packaging away from children.• Keep children and pets away from the appliance when

    it operates or when it cools down. Accessible parts arehot.

    • If the appliance has a child safety device, we recom-mend that you activate it.

    • Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made bychildren without supervision.

    1.2 General Safety• Only a qualified person must install this appliance and

    replace the cable.• Internally the appliance becomes hot when in opera-

    tion. Do not touch the heating elements that are in theappliance. Always use oven gloves to remove or put inaccessories or ovenware.

    • Do not use a steam cleaner to clean the appliance.

    • Before maintenance cut the power supply.• Do not use harsh abrasive cleaners or sharp metal

    scrapers to clean the glass door since they can scratchthe surface, which may result in shattering of the glass.

    • Only use the core temperature sensor recommendedfor this appliance.• To remove the shelf supports first pull the front of the

    shelf support and then the rear end away from the sidewalls. Install the shelf supports in the opposite se-quence.

    • If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by

    the manufacturer, an authorized Service or similarlyqualified persons in order to avoid a hazard.• The means for disconnection must be incorporated in

    the fixed wiring in accordance with the wiring rules.• Ensure that the appliance is switched off before replac-

    ing the lamp to avoid the possibility of electric shock.

    2. SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

    2.1 InstallationWARNING!Only a qualified person must in-stall this appliance.

    • Remove all the packaging.• Do not install or use a damaged appli-ance.

    • Obey the installation instruction sup-plied with the appliance.

    • Always be careful when you move theappliance because it is heavy. Alwayswear safety gloves.

    • Do not pull the appliance by the handle.• Keep the minimum distance from the

    other appliances and units.• Make sure that the appliance is installedbelow and adjacent safe structures.

    • The sides of the appliance must stayadjacent to appliances or to units withthe same height.

    Electrical connectionWARNING!

    Risk of fire and electrical shock.• All electrical connections should be

    made by a qualified electrician.• The appliance must be earthed.• Make sure that the electrical information

    on the rating plate agrees with the pow-er supply. If not, contact an electrician.

    • Always use a correctly installed shock-proof socket.

    • Do not use multi-plug adapters and ex-tension cables.

    • Make sure not to cause damage to themains plug and to the mains cable.Contact the Service or an electrician tochange a damaged mains cable.

    • Do not let mains cables to come intouch with the appliance door, speciallywhen the door is hot.

    • The shock protection of live and insula-ted parts must be fastened in such away that it cannot be removed withouttools.

    • Connect the mains plug to the mainssocket only at the end of the installa-tion. Make sure that there is access tothe mains plug after the installation.

    • If the mains socket is loose, do notconnect the mains plug.

    • Do not pull the mains cable to discon-nect the appliance. Always pull themains plug.

    • Use only correct isolation devices: line

    protecting cut-outs, fuses (screw typefuses removed from the holder), earthleakage trips and contactors.

    • The electrical installation must have anisolation device which lets you discon-nect the appliance from the mains at allpoles. The isolation device must have acontact opening width of minimum 3mm.

    2.2 UseWARNING!Risk of injury, burns or electricshock or explosion.

    • Use this appliance in a household envi-ronment.

    • Do not change the specification of thisappliance.

    • Make sure that the ventilation openingsare not blocked.

    • Do not let the appliance stay unatten-ded during operation.

    • Deactivate the appliance after eachuse.

    • Be careful when you open the appli-ance door while the appliance is in op-eration. Hot air can release.

    • Do not operate the appliance with wethands or when it has contact with wa-ter.

    • Do not apply pressure on the opendoor.

    • Do not use the appliance as a work surface or as a storage surface.

    • Always keep the appliance door closedwhen the appliance is in operation.

    • Open the appliance door carefully. Theuse of ingredients with alcohol cancause a mixture of alcohol and air.

    • Do not let sparks or open flames tocome in contact with the appliancewhen you open the door.

    • Do not put flammable products or itemsthat are wet with flammable productsin, near or on the appliance.

    WARNING!Risk of damage to the appliance.

    • To prevent damage or discoloration tothe enamel:– do not put ovenware or other objectsin the appliance directly on the bottom.– do not put aluminium foil directly onthe bottom of the appliance.– do not put water directly into the hotappliance.– do not keep moist dishes and food inthe appliance after you finish the cook-ing.– be careful when you remove or installthe accessories.

    • Discoloration of the enamel has no ef-fect on the performance of the appli-ance. It is not a defect in the sense of the warranty law.

    • Use a deep pan for moist cakes. Fruit juices cause stains that can be perma-nent.

    Steam CookingWARNING!Risk of burns and damage to theappliance.

    • Do not open the appliance door duringsteam cooking. Steam can release.

    2.3 Care and CleaningWARNING!Risk of injury, fire or damage tothe appliance.

    • Before maintenance, deactivate the ap-pliance and disconnect the mains plugfrom the mains socket.

    • Make sure the appliance is cold. Thereis the risk that the glass panels canbreak.

    • Replace immediately the door glasspanels when they are damaged. Con-tact the Service.

    • Be careful when you remove the doorfrom the appliance. The door is heavy!

    • Clean regularly the appliance to preventthe deterioration of the surface material.

    • Remaining fat or food in the appliancecan cause fire.

    • Clean the appliance with a moist softcloth. Only use neutral detergents. Donot use abrasive products, abrasivecleaning pads, solvents or metal ob-

    jects.

    • If you use an oven spray, obey the safe-ty instructions on the packaging.• Do not clean the catalytic enamel (if ap-

    plicable) with any kind of detergent.

    2.4 Internal light• The type of light bulb or halogen lamp

    used for this appliance, is only for

    household appliances. Do not use it forhouse lighting.

    WARNING!Risk of electrical shock.

    • Before replacing the lamp, disconnectthe appliance from the power supply.

    • Only use lamps with the same specifi-cations.

    2.5 DisposalWARNING!Risk of injury or suffocation.

    • Disconnect the appliance from themains supply.

    • Cut off the mains cable and discard it.• Remove the door catch to prevent chil-

    4. BEFORE FIRST USE

    WARNING!Refer to the Safety chapters.

    4.1 Initial cleaning• Remove all accessories and removable

    shelf supports (if applicable).• Clean the appliance before first use.

    Refer to the chapter "Care andcleaning".

    4.2 First connectionWhen you connect the appliance to themains, or after a power cut, you must setthe language, display contrast, displaybrightness and time of day.1. Touch or to set the value.

    4.3 PreheatingPreheat the empty appliance to burn off the remaining grease.1. Set the function and the maximum

    temperature.2. Let the appliance operate for 45 mi-

    nutes.3.

    nutes. Accessories can become hotter than usu-ally. The appliance can emit an odour andsmoke. This is normal. Make sure that theairflow is sufficient.

    Submenus for: Basic Settings

    Set Time of Day Sets the current time on the clock.

    Time Indication When ON, the display shows the current timewhen you deactivate the appliance.

    SET + GO When ON, you can activate the functions whenyou activate the heating function.

    Heat + Hold When ON, you can activate this function whenyou activate the heating function.

    Extra time Activates and deactivates the function.

    Display Contrast Adjusts the display contrast by degrees.

    Display Brightness Adjusts the display brightness by degrees.

    Set Language Sets the language for the display.

    Buzzer Volume Adjusts the volume of press-tones and signalsby degrees.

    Key Tones Activates and deactivates the tone of the touchfields. It is not possible to deactivate the tone of the ON / OFF touch field.

    Alarm/Error Tones Activates and deactivates the alarm tones.

    Service Shows the software version and configuration.

    Factory Settings Resets all settings to factory settings.

    6.3 Heating functions

    Submenu for: Heating Functions

    Heating function Application

    True Fan Cooking To bake maximum on three shelf positions atthe same time. When you use this function,decrease the oven temperature by 20 - 40 °Cfrom the standard temperatures you use forConventional Cooking .

    True Fan + Steam To steam dishes. Use this function to de-crease the length of the cooking time and topreserve the vitamins and nutrients in thefood. To use, select the function and set thetemperature between 130 °C to 230 °C.

    Pizza Setting To cook pizza, quiche or pie with steam.

    Conventional Cooking To bake and roast on one level.

    Heating function Application

    Slow Cook To prepare especially tender, succulentroasts.

    Bottom Heat To bake cakes with crispy or crusty bottomsand to preserve food.

    Moist Fan Baking To save energy when you bake and cook drybaked goods. Also to bake baked goods intins on one shelf position.

    ECO Roasting The ECO functions let you optimize the ener-gy consumption during cooking. It is neces-sary to set the cooking time first.

    Frozen Foods To make convenience food such as chips,wedges or spring rolls crispy.

    Grilling To grill flat food in the middle of the grill andto toast bread.

    Fast Grilling To grill flat food in large quantities and totoast bread.

    Turbo Grilling To roast larger meat joints or poultry withbones on one shelf position. Also to gratinateand to brown.

    Steam Regenerating To reheat already cooked food directly on aplate.

    Heating function Application

    Bread Baking To bake bread with steam.

    Au Gratin To prepare dishes such as lasagna or pota-to gratin. Also to gratinate and to brown.

    Dough Proving To raise the yeast dough before baking.

    Plate Warming To preheat a plate for serving.

    Preserving To preserve vegetables in glasses and liquid(e.g. mixed pickles).

    Drying To dry sliced fruit such as apples, plums orpeaches and vegetables such as tomatoes,zucchini or mushrooms.

    Keep Warm To keep cooked food warm.

    Defrost To defrost frozen food.

    6.4 Activating a heating function

    1. Activate the appliance.2. Select the Heating Functions menu.

    Press OK to confirm.3. Set the heating function. Press OK to

    confirm.4. Set the temperature. Press OK to

    confirm.

    Press once or twice to go di-rectly to the Heating Functionsmenu (when the appliance is acti-

    vated).

    6.5 Steam cooking The water drawer cover is in thecontrol panel.

    1. Press the cover to open the waterdrawer.

    2. Fill the water drawer with 900 ml of water.

    The water supply is sufficient for ap-proximately 55 - 60 minutes.

    Use only water. Do not use filtered(demineralised) or distilled water.Do not use other liquids. Do notput flammable or alcoholic liquidsinto the water drawer.

    3. Push the water drawer to its initial po-sition.

    4. Activate the appliance.5. Prepare the food in the correct cook-

    ware.6. Select the steam heating function and

    temperature.7. If necessary, set the function Duration

    or End Time . The signal sounds at the end of thecooking time.

    8. Deactivate the appliance.

    Let the appliance dry fully with thedoor open.9. Empty the water tank after the steam

    cooking is completed.

    WARNING! The appliance is hot. There is a

    risk of burns. Be careful when youempty the water tank.

    WARNING!Wait a minimum of 60 minutes af-ter each use of the steam cookingin order to prevent hot water fromexiting the water outlet valve.

    6.6 Tank Empty indicator

    The display shows Water required and anacoustic signal sounds when the tank isempty and must be refilled.For more information refer to "SteamCooking".

    6.7 Tank Full indicatorWhen the display shows Water tank full ,you can use the steam cooking.

    An acoustic signal sounds when the tank

    is full.If you put too much water intothe tank, the safety outletmoves the excess water to thebottom of the oven.Remove the water with a spongeor cloth.

    6.8 Emptying the water tank Make sure that the appliance iscool before you start to empty thewater tank.

    1. Prepare the draining pipe (C), inclu-ded in the same package with theuser manual. Put the connector (B)onto one of the ends of the drainingpipe.

    2. Put the second end of the drainingpipe (C) into a container. Put it at alower position than the outlet valve(A).

    3. Open the oven door and put the con-nector (B) into the outlet valve (A).

    4. Push the connector again and againwhen you empty the water tank.

    5. Remove the connector from the valvewhen the water stops flowing.

    WARNING!Do not use the drained water to fill

    the water tank again. The tank can have some waterwhen the display shows Water re-quired . Wait until the water flowfrom the water outlet valve stops.

    6.9 Heat-up indicatorWhen you activate a heating function, thebar on the display comes on. The barshows that the temperature increases.

    6.10 Fast Heat Up indicator This function decreases the heat-up time. To activate the function, hold for 3 sec-

    onds. You will see the heat-up indicatoralternates.

    6.11 Residual heatWhen you deactivate the appliance, thedisplay shows the residual heat. You can

    use the heat to keep the food warm.

    6.12 Energy savingThe appliance contains fea-tures which help you save en-ergy during everyday cooking:

    • Residual heat:– When the heating function or pro-

    gramme operates, the heating ele-

    ments are deactivated 10 % earlier(the lamp and fan continue to oper-ate). For this feature to operate, thecooking time must be longer than 30minutes or you must use the clock functions ( Duration , End Time ).

    – When the appliance is off, you canuse the heat to keep food warm. Thedisplay shows the remaining temper-ature.

    • Cooking with the lamp off - Touchand hold for 3 seconds to deactivatethe lamp during cooking.

    • When you use the Moist Fan Bakingfunction, the lamp deactivates after 30seconds. The lamp activates againwhen you touch for 3 seconds.When you use the Eco functions , thelamp deactivates. The lamp activatesagain when you touch for 3 seconds.

    • Eco functions - refer to " HeatingFunctions ".

    7. CLOCK FUNCTIONS

    7.1 Clock functions

    Symbol Function Description

    Minute Minder

    To set a countdown (max 2 h 30 min). This functionhas no effect on the operation of the appliance. Youcan also activate it when the appliance is off. Useto activate the function. Press or to set theminutes and OK to start.

    Duration To set how long the appliance has to be in opera-tion (max. 23 h 59 min).

    End Time To set the switch-off time for a heating function(max. 23 h 59 min).

    If you set the time for a clock function, thetime starts to count down after 5 sec-onds.

    If you use the clock functions Du-ration and End Time ,the appliance deactivates theheating elements after 90 % of theset time. The appliance uses theresidual heat to continue thecooking procedure until the timeends (3 - 20 minutes).

    Setting the clock functions1. Set a heating function.2. Press again and again until the

    display shows the necessary clock function and the related symbol.

    3. Press or to set the necessarytime. Press OK to confirm.When the time ends, an acoustic sig-nal sounds. The appliance deacti-

    vates. The display shows a message.4. Press a sensor field to stop the signal.

    • With Duration and End Time you must set theheating function and the tem-perature first. Then you can setthe clock function. The appli-ance deactivates automatically.

    • You can use Duration andEnd Time at the same timeif you want to automatically acti-vate and deactivate the appli-ance at a given time later.

    • When you use the Core tem-perature sensor (if applicable),the Duration and End Time

    functions do not operate.

    7.2 Heat + Hold The Heat + Hold function keeps preparedfood warm at 80 °C for 30 minutes. It ac-tivates after the baking or roasting proce-dure ends.

    • You can activate or deactivatethe function in the Basic Set-tings menu.

    • Conditions for the function:– The set temperature is more

    than 80 °C.– The function Duration is set.

    Activating the function

    1. Activate the appliance.2. Select the heating function.3. Set the temperature above 80 °C.

    4. Press again and again until thedisplay shows Heat + Hold . PressOK to confirm.

    When the function ends, an acoustic sig-nal sounds.

    The Heat + Hold function operates for 30minutes.

    The Heat + Hold function stays on if youchange the heating functions.

    7.3 Extra Time The Extra Time function makes the heat-ing function continue after the Durationends.

    9.1 Core temperature sensor The core temperature sensor measuresthe core temperature of the meat. When

    the meat is at the set temperature, theappliance deactivates.

    There are two temperatures to be set:• The oven temperature.• The core temperature.

    Only use the core temperaturesensor supplied with the appli-ance or genuine replacementparts.

    1. Put the tip of the core temperaturesensor into the centre of the meat.

    2. Activate the appliance.3. Put the core temperature sensor plug

    into the socket on the front of the ap-pliance.

    The display shows the core tempera-ture sensor symbol.

    4. Press or in less than 5 sec-onds to set the core temperature.

    5. Set the oven function and, if necessa-ry, the oven temperature.

    The appliance calculates an approxi-mate end time. The end time is differ-ent for different quantities of food, theset oven temperature (minimum 120°C) and the operating mode. The ap-pliance calculates the end time in ap-proximately 30 minutes.

    6. Make sure that the core temperaturesensor stays in the meat and in thecore temperature sensor socket dur-ing the cooking.

    7. If necessary, you can set a new coretemperature during the cooking. To

    do this, touch .8. When the meat is at the set core tem-

    perature, an acoustic signal sounds. The appliance deactivates automati-cally.

    Touch a sensor field to stop the sig-nal.

    9. Remove the core temperature sensorplug from the socket . Remove themeat from the appliance.

    WARNING! The core temperature sensor ishot. There is a risk of burns. Becareful when you remove the tipand plug of the core temperaturesensor.

    Steam cooking in a dietary baking dish

    Put the food onto the steel grill in the bak-ing dish and put the lid on it. Put the injec-tor tube into the special hole in the lid of the dietary baking dish. Put the bakingdish onto the second shelf position fromthe bottom. Put the other end of the injec-tor tube into the steam inlet (refer to“Product Description” chapter).Make sure that you do not crush the in-

    jector tube or let it touch a heating ele-ment on the top of the oven. Set the ovenfor the steam cooking function.

    Direct steam cooking

    Put the food onto the steel grill in the bak-ing dish. Add some water. Put the injector(D) into the injector tube (C). Connect theother end into the steam inlet.

    Do not use the lid of the dish.

    When you cook food such as chicken,duck, turkey, kid or large fish, put the in- jector (D) directly into the empty part of the meat. Make sure that you do notcause a blockage of the holes.

    Put the baking dish onto the first or sec-ond shelf position from the bottom. Makesure that you do not crush the injectortube or let it touch a heating element onthe top of the oven. Set the oven for thesteam cooking function.For more information about steam cook-ing, refer to the cooking tables for steamcooking in the chapter “Hints and Tips”.

    The injector tube is specially madefor cooking and does not containdangerous materials.

    Be careful when you use the injectorwhen the oven operates. Always use oven

    gloves to touch the injector when theoven is hot. Always remove the injectorfrom the oven when you do not use asteam function.

    10.6 Cooling fanWhen the appliance operates, the coolingfan activates automatically to keep the

    surfaces of the appliance cool. If you de-activate the appliance, the cooling fancontinues to operate until the temperaturein the appliance cools down.

    10.7 Safety thermostat

    Incorrect operation of the appliance or de-fective components can cause dangerousoverheating. To prevent this, the oven hasa safety thermostat which interrupts thepower supply. The oven activates againautomatically when the temperaturedrops.

    11. HELPFUL HINTS AND TIPS

    11.1 Inner side of the doorIn some models, on the inner side ofthe door you can find:

    • The numbers of the shelf positions.• Information about the heating functions,

    recommended shelf positions and tem-peratures for typical dishes.

    The temperature and baking timesin the tables are guidelines only.

    They depend on the recipes andthe quality and quantity of the in-gredients used.

    • The appliance has five shelf levels.Count the shelf levels from the bottomof the appliance floor.

    • The appliance has a special systemwhich circulates the air and constantlyrecycles the steam. With this systemyou can cook in a steamy environmentand keep the food soft inside and crus-ty outside. It decreases the cookingtime and energy consumption to a mini-mum.

    • Moisture can condense in the applianceor on the door glass panels. This is nor-mal. Always stand back from the appli-ance when you open the appliancedoor while cooking. To decrease the

    condensation, operate the appliance for10 minutes before cooking.

    • Clean the moisture after each use of the appliance.

    • Do not put the objects directly on theappliance floor and do not put alumini-um foil on the components when youcook. This can change the baking re-sults and cause damage to the enamel.

    11.2 Baking cakes• Do not open the oven door before 3/4

    of the set cooking time is up.• If you use two baking trays at the same

    time, keep one empty level betweenthem.

    11.3 Cooking meat and fish• Use a deep pan for very fatty food to

    prevent the oven from stains that canbe permanent.

    • Leave the meat for approximately 15minutes before carving so that the juice

    does not seep out.• To prevent too much smoke in the ovenduring roasting, add some water intothe deep pan. To prevent the smokecondensation, add water each time af-ter it dries up.

    During cooking, open the appliance dooronly when necessary.

    11.8 Slow Cook Use this function to prepare lean, tenderpieces of meat and fish with core temper-

    atures no more than 65 °C. Slow Cook isnot applicable to such recipes as potroast or fatty roast pork. You can use theCore Temperature Sensor to guaranteethat the meat has the correct core tem-perature (see table for the Core Tempera-ture Sensor).In the first 10 minutes you can set anoven temperature between 80 °C and150 °C. The default is 90 °C. After the

    temperature is set, the oven continues tocook at 80 °C. Do not use the automaticslow cook function for poultry.

    When you use this function, al-ways cook dishes without a cover.

    1. Sear the meat in a pan on the hob ona very high setting for 1 - 2 minuteson each side.

    2. Put the meat together with the hotroasting pan into the oven on the wireshelf.

    • Clean the front of the appliance with asoft cloth with warm water and a clean-ing agent.

    • To clean metal surfaces use a usualcleaning agent.

    • Clean the oven interior after each use. Then you can remove dirt more easilyand it does not burn on.

    • Clean stubborn dirt with a special ovencleaner.

    • Clean all oven accessories after eachuse and let them dry. Use a soft clothwith warm water and a cleaning agent.

    • If you have nonstick accessories, donot clean them using aggressive

    agents, sharp-edged objects or a dish-washer. It can destroy nonstick coating.

    Stainless steel or aluminiumappliances:Clean the oven door with a wetsponge only. Dry it with a softcloth.Do not use steel wool, acids orabrasive materials, as they cancause damage to the oven sur-face. Clean the oven control panelwith the same precautions.

    12.1 Cleaning the door gasket• Regularly do a check of the door gas-

    ket. The door gasket is around theframe of the oven cavity. Do not use theappliance if the door gasket is dam-aged. Contact the Service Centre.

    • To clean the door gasket, refer to thegeneral information about cleaning.

    12.2 Shelf supports You can remove the shelf supports toclean the side walls.

    Removing the shelf supports

    1. Pull the front of the shelf support awayfrom the side wall.

    2. Pull the rear end of the shelf supportaway from the side wall and removeit.

    Installing the shelf supportsInstall the shelf supports in the oppositesequence.

    The rounded ends of the shelf supports must point to the front.

    12.3 Oven lampWARNING!Be careful when you change theoven lamp. There is a risk of elec-trical shock.

    Before you change the oven lamp:• Deactivate the oven.• Remove the fuses in the fuse box or

    deactivate the circuit breaker.

    Put a cloth on the bottom of theoven to prevent damage to theoven light and glass cover.

    Always hold the halogen lampwith a cloth to prevent grease res-idue from burning on the lamp.

    1. Turn the glass cover counterclock-wise to remove it.

    2. Clean the glass cover.

    3. Replace the oven light bulb with anapplicable 300 °C heat-resistant ovenlight bulb.

    Use the same oven lamp type.4. Install the glass cover.

    12.4 Cleaning the water tank WARNING!Do not put water into the watertank during the cleaning proce-dure.

    During the cleaning procedure,

    some water can drip from thesteam inlet onto the cavity of theoven. Put a dripping pan on theshelf level directly below thesteam inlet to prevent water fromfalling onto the bottom of the ovencavity.

    After some time, you can have lime de-posits in your oven. To prevent this, cleanthe parts of the oven that generate thesteam. Empty the tank after each steamcooking.1. Fill in the water tank with 850 ml of

    water and 50 ml of citric acid (fiveteaspoons). Deactivate the oven andwait for approximately 60 minutes.

    2. Activate the oven and set the TrueFan + Steam function. Set the tem-perature 230 °C. Deactivate it after 25minutes and let it cool down for 15minutes.

    3. Activate the oven and set the TrueFan + Steam function. Set the tem-

    perature between 130 and 230 °C.Deactivate it after 10 minutes. Let itcool down and continue with the re-moval of the tank contents (refer to"Emptying the water tank").

    4. Rinse the water tank and clean theremaining lime residue in the ovenwith a cloth.

    5. Clean the drain pipe by hand in warmwater with soap. To prevent damage,

    do not use acids, sprays or similarcleaning agents.

    Types of water• Soft water with low lime content -

    the manufacturer recommends this be-cause it decreases the quantity of cleaning procedures.

    • Tap water - you can use it if your do-mestic water supply has purifier or wa-ter sweetener.

    • Hard water with high lime content -it does not have an effect on the per-formance of the appliance but it increa-ses the quantity of cleaning proce-dures.

    12.5 Cleaning the oven door The oven door has four glass panels. Youcan remove the oven door and the inter-nal glass panels to clean them.

    Removing the oven door and the glass panel

    1. Fully open the door and identify thehinge to the right side of the door.

    2. Push the tightening component until itpulls back.

    3. Hold the pushed component withone hand. Use a screwdriver with theother hand to lift and turn the rightside hinge lever.

    4. Identify the hinge to the left side of the door.

    5. Lift and turn the lever on the lefthinge.

    6. Close the oven door to the first open-ing position (halfway). Then pull for-ward and remove the door from itsseat.

    Installing the door and the glass panels

    A B CWhen the cleaning is completed, installthe glass panels and the oven door. Dothe above steps in the opposite se-quence.Make sure that you put the glass panels(A, B and C) back in the correct se-quence. The first panel (A) has a decora-tive frame. The screen-printing zone mustface the inner side of the door. Make surethat after the installation the surface of theglass panel frame (A) on the screen-print-ing zones is not rough when you touch it.

    Make sure that you install the top panel inthe seats correctly.
