The new range of Chef Cream, combine the fundamental functions for preparing custard, coupled with entirely personalised and automatic cycles. Ideal for the production of different kind oh custard, sauces, syrups, chocolate, white nougat and many other products. The heat treatment of the mix is processed by a glycol pump system, delicately heating and cooling the mix, by evenly and consistently covering the complete surface area of the tank. There are also a series of memorised recipes within the 'creative' program. Along with the standard programs are several 'free' recipes allowing the maker to modify and customise these choices and store them within the program. During a break in electrical supply these formulas will remain saved. If the interruption in power does not affect the temperature and time parameters and the delay has not negatively influenced the recipe, the cycle will continue. If the break has affected the safety of the process an acoustic signal will notify the user of a problem. The stainless steel faucet is fully detachable without the need for specialist tools, to clean separately from the Bain Marie tank. Extremely simple operation and maintenance Unique 'Thermal' lid design with hydraulic pistons that allow controlled opening and closing and prevents unnecessary loss of temperature during heating and cooling Central 'safety' opening in lid allows the introduction of ingredients at determined times and temperatures without disturbing the mixing process.
