Electronic Warfare Electronic Warfare As a leading expert in cyber and electronic warfare, Kline Technical Consulting (KTC) has decades of experience defending and testing proprietary network systems and attacking enemy network systems. KTC has worked with a wide range of government organizations, from military and intelligence groups to large, government-contracted, commercial businesses. KTC specializes in both active and passive electronic countermeasures and counter- countermeasures. EH-60A Quick Fix Helicopter Program Organizations: U.S. Department of Defense, U.S. Army Intelligence Center Timeframe: 1983-1990 Developed a special helicopter intelligence and countermeasure platform for use in forward areas. 3. Electronic Countermeasure Organizations: U.S. Air Force, U.S. Army, U.S. Navy Timeframe: 1979-ongoing Created, disseminated, and installed electronic warfare technologies and systems, such as AN/ALE-40, AN/SLQ- 32, and missile countermeasures and counter-countermeasures.
