Let’s Reflect on the Year…

Page 30: Elementary Principals’ Meeting

What does it really mean to be an educator now-a-days?

Page 31: Elementary Principals’ Meeting

Sometimes whether they knew they needed to know it or not!!!

You have taught people what they needed to know . . .

Page 32: Elementary Principals’ Meeting

What have I gotten myself into?!!!

But as well as things went, I know there were days when you wondered . . .

Page 33: Elementary Principals’ Meeting

Sometimes the work was interesting . . .

Page 34: Elementary Principals’ Meeting

Copyright ©2009. Battelle for Kids.

But, sometimes the details were a little over peoples’ heads . . .

Page 35: Elementary Principals’ Meeting

Copyright ©2009. Battelle for Kids.

Sometimes you introduced things your staff were not quite ready for . . .

Page 36: Elementary Principals’ Meeting

Copyright ©2009. Battelle for Kids.

Or provided advice they weren’t quite ready to take. . .

Page 37: Elementary Principals’ Meeting

With some groups you may even have felt uneasy . . .

Page 38: Elementary Principals’ Meeting

Trapped . . .

Page 39: Elementary Principals’ Meeting

Confused . . .

Page 40: Elementary Principals’ Meeting

Underappreciated . . .

Page 41: Elementary Principals’ Meeting

Or even a little lost . . .

Page 42: Elementary Principals’ Meeting

But through it all….

You hung in there; you persevered.

Thanks for a great school year!!!!!
