FOIPPA MAJOR THINGS TO REMEMBER

You have access to private data that needs to be kept away from others.

As such:·never leave your log in session unattended (lock your station)·don't work with anyone looking over your shoulder.·don't share your password

FOIPPA – requires:•passwords to change every 90 days•BCeSIS will logout after 90 minutes inactive•Password will disable for 90 on 3 failed logons

Class entry is excellent to copy/paste starter comments or copying the same performance level indicator to all your students….

Click the Class you want to edit

3. Choose the SubjectAsterisk (*) only !!

Be careful NOT to choose the titles (non-asterisk)

They are NOT locked in this entry type…

4. Must Click Save to get to next subject

5. Click Term Comments to enter Work Habits & general comments on student
