Respectful Building Massing: Considerate of existing neighborhoods and the BCEC

User Driven Design: Based on feedback and survey data from meeting planner community

Appropriately Sized: To match projected market and program and for functionality

Discrete Elements: To allow phasing over time

“Campus”: Rather than a “mega-building”

Practical/Feasible: With respect to constructability and costs

Sustainable Design: Incorporate sustainable and energy efficient features

Technological Leadership: Continued focus on technological innovation & capabilities
