    1. Repeat steps 1 & 2 from above.2. Substitute modified relays fo r "PM" and "ULV' relays.3. Remove down main and leveling wires from terminals #50 and#51. Jumper final limits from fuse #5 (115AC) to terminal #88.(If no wires are on terminal #88 then use terminal #83.)Remove "DOR" coil wire to prevent door operation.4. Restore main line power. Car will run up at leveling speed ontothe stop ring. If pressure does not relieve make sure DZ ismade.5. Manually lower car off top limit.6. Replace all removed wires and modified relays, remove clipjumpers, check operation and return to service.

Remove the down leveling wire from terminal "#2". Jumper thetop limit switch from terminal U#14" to terminal "#21". Remove"DOR" coil wire to prevent door operation.5. Restore main line power. Car will run up at leveling speed ontothe stop ring.6. Manually lower car off top final limit.7. Replace all removed wires and modified relays, remove clipjumpers, check operation and return to service.

    4 . Run car up on to stop ring.5. Jumper pin "ACr ("W"), to pin "M" to run car down.6. Replace "INS" wire, remove clip jumpers, check operation andreturn to service.

    Alternate Method:1 . Remove "INS IIwire.2. Jumper "SeQ" to "TDl" (top limit).3. Jumper "P24" to "INU" to run up and "INO" to run down.Dover lMt-f~

    RELEIF VALVE/STOP RING TEST

    1. On the T,CID, jumper pin #20 (DLT) to either pin #19 (DLB) orpin #11 (G24). This tricks the microprocessor into thinking that- - - - - - . - - - - - - ~. .. - - ~ - - I ' t " ~ no' on the DI Trnaqnet-----~------ -J. t-. .. Q ._... . h----------------~---------------------~------------.-----.~---.--- ~ -.-REMOVE relay K]-;--(AJthough- you--w i l l - - be-0 1 1 - inspection, and..--------the TS12 sensor will be on the magnet, you do not want the upfast solenoid to even accidentally activate.) Depending on thecontroller software, you may have to jumper back contacts onconnector 15 on the 188e board. (Connector 15, pin #3 to #4).

    3a If OLD software: IMS. IN is blue. INCT is red, INU make reduntil you get on the ring, and then remove the red. IND makered to get off ring.3b. If NEW software: Remove one or the other end of IN5 to IN6on the "mystery block" CHR1T. (This disables IN.) On TCID,jumper pin #12 (P24) to pin #16 (INCT). (This enables INCT.)

    Inspect up: On the rCID, jumper pin #14 (CTU) to pin #16 orpin #12 (activates INU).Inspect down: To activate IND, jumper pin #15 to pin #16 or#12.

    4. #115 to #119 is top limit
