Take your drinks straws, you can have 7 or more, and cut them to different lengths from long to short. 2. Using small pieces of Blu Tack, create stoppersand push onto the boom of each straw. 3. Cut some small spacers from another straw. 4. Lay your straws on some scky tape with a spacer in between each one and tape the straws together. 5. Decorate with a strip of decorated paper. 6. You will need:

Drinks straws Blu Tack Sticky tape (I used Gaffa tape)Scissors Paper Pens or Paint

Join Tameside’s celebrations and make a set of musical pan pipes for your window display.

1. Take your drinks straws, you can have 7 or more, and cut them to different lengths from long to short.

2. Using small pieces of Blu Tack, create ‘stoppers’ and push onto the bottom of each straw.

3. Cut some small spacers from another straw.

4. Lay your straws on some sticky tape with a spacer in between each one and tape the straws together.

5. Decorate with a strip of decorated paper.

6. Blow over the top of each straw to get a musical note.

Look out for more easy family crafts for all the Twelve days of Christmas.
