Well the question has to be asked after a slower than normal start to the year. However a very impressive March has turned Real Estate on its head in the Northern end of the Coast with 64 sales in March 2013, and our sales team are absolutely on fire.

Investors are back, first home buyers and families alike are all looking to take advantage of some lower property prices and fantastically cheap interest rates. We are seeing average days on market falling dramatically with 20.2 days on market being our current average. Not that we are concerned with days on market although, what we are very impressed with is our ability to be getting the best price in the market for our owners. There have been 150 sales in 90 days with owners’ expectations being exceeded on nearly all sales. Well done to our team of 19 agents.

Leasing running hot!

Another great sign of the market improving is the leasing department’s fantastic statistic of 41 leased properties in February. A staggering number and the prices achieved really were impressive. Our structure allows us to have specialists in each department meaning that no longer will you wait forever to get your property leased. WOW, what an explosion of sales there has been as the Coast realised that blocks which are nearly level and at this price will not last. Menindee Ridge released 14 lots in stage 1A all 14 of which have got deposits taken and the next stage is now calling for registration of interest.
