Following our successful Recruitment summit in Lisbon in March this year where we had 32 companies represented by over 150 senior executives and approximately 500 candidates, we are very pleased to bring you the next Summit in the Elite Angolan Careers initiative designed to attract only the ‘elite’ Angolan candidates currently studying or working in the Southern African countries - South Africa, Mozambique, Namibia, Zimbabwe, Zambia and Botswana.Following a six month attraction process by our Talent Acquisition team, clients will meet and interview some of the top candidates currently working, studying and living in the SADC (Southern Africa Development Community) region. As per all our Summits, only those candidates who match our client’s requirements will be invited to attend the Summit in Johannesburg. The event is ideal for both national and international companies looking for candidates with English fluency as all invited candidates will have studied or worked in English speaking countries in the region.

The ProcessThe Summit is a focussed and carefully managed invitation only event.

It brings together around 20 companies with approximately 200 hand-picked Angolan candidates in a prestigious venue for pre-scheduled interviews.

The process that we follow includes:

● Six months of extensive networking by our Talent Acquisition Team to attract relevant candidates

● Focussed advertising campaigns in all relevant international media ● Pre-screening all responding candidates ● Selecting and registering only the best candidates from the attraction campaign ● Using profiles provided by you to select appropriate candidates to fulfil your requirements

● Presenting CVs of the most relevant candidates to you for your review prior to the Summit

● Inviting the candidates who have been selected by you to the event on your behalf

● Pre-scheduling interviews between you and your preferred candidates at the Summit

In addition to your pre-scheduled interviews, you will also be able to meet and schedule on-site interviews with top tier candidates who have been personally invited to the summit.

There are no placement fees for hired candidates, making this a unique and very cost effective recruitment solution for Angola.
