Elite IB’s Easter Revision Courses are devised to help every student achieve the very best in their IB examinations. We’re pleased to welcome a wide range of students to our courses, from those looking for a structured and rigorous course to build on their existing subject-knowledge to those keen to revisit every aspect of the IB syllabi before the May examination period.
OurOur Easter Revision Courses are structured to allow students the greatest degree of flexibility, allowing them to craft a course schedule sympathetic to their own requirements and which is tailored specifically to their needs. With class sizes limited to six students, attendees can be sure they will receive exceptional personal support from their workshop tutors, and with classes split between Higher Level and Standard Level (and Studies for Mathematics), students enengage exclusively with the syllabi content they’re required to master for their examinations.

How is the IBDP2 Course Organised?
The IBDP2 Easter Revision Course runs over six days and students are invited to tailor the course to suit their needs best when registering by selecting the workshops from which they will benefit most. Each workshop covers a single IB subject and is split over two days.
Classes are limited to a maximum of six students and are split based on level (HL/SL) and predicted grades Two full days of revision per subject results in intensive & comprehensive revision Mid-April date ideal platform to revise for the final IB exams Bespoke feedback for each student with course feedback and tailored study tips
EachEach day of support sees students join us for up to seven hours of tuition with their tutors and workshops are led by some of the finest members of our tutoring team. Two days of tuition per subject affords students and their tutors the time to revise the syllabus for each subject on the IB, taking into considerations areas of concern for each student in the class. Students are welcome to attend as many, or few, 2-day workshops as they feel they would benefit from.

How is the IBDP1 course organised?
Our IBDP1 Revision Course is devised to provide a comprehensive review of the syllabi students cover in the first year of the Diploma Programme. Much like our IBDP2 Revision Course, the IBDP1 course is delivered with a focus on:
rigorous revision of the core syllabus examination technique and practice those areas of difficulty each student has rasied prior to the commencement of the course
WWorkshops are limited to a maximum of six students, to ensure personal support from each tutor a student revises with, and support in each subject takes place over a single day to reflect students progression through the two year Diploma Programme at the time of the course - with attendees benefitting from up to seven hours of subject support each day. Classes are split by level, with students’ predicited grades taken into consideration to ensure claclasses progress at the perfect pace for every student.
Each workshop is delivered by a member of Elite IB’s outstanding tutoring team, made up of IB graduates, teachers, and examiners, with only our most senior tutors providing support to students at the Easter Revision Courses. How is the MYP/IGCSE course organsied?
Our MYP/IGCSE Revision course helps support students in their final year before joining the Diploma Programme, and delivers content-focused, subject revision in the examined syllabus topics in the Sciences, Humanities, and Mathematics.
StudentsStudents are tutored in the best study methods to aid them in the transition to the Diploma programme in short and intense one day courses.

What students should bring
WWe advise students to bring along all the equipment they take to school to study, particularly calculators, compasses, and formula books for Mathematics students, as well as pens and notebooks to make notes during their workshops.
IfIf you’re particularly concerned about one aspect of a syllabus, we’d also encourage you to bring your existing notes on the topic to the subject workshop so to be be able to add to there when your workshop tutor covers the topic.

Charlotte attended La Châtaigneraie where she passed her IGCSEs and IB with flying colours, progressing to a BSc Hons Biochemistry and MSc in Molecular Biology and Pathology of Viruses from Imperial College London. Whilst leading Elite IB’s operations in Switzerland, Charlotte is also studying Graduate Medicine at the highly prestigious St. George’s. She has supported numerous students with Elite IB, and lead many rerevision courses in Biology and Chemistry, with students commenting on the rigour of her tuition and knowledge of the IB syllabus.

Rafael was awarded his MSci Mathematics from Imperial College, London last year, and is currently pursuing his PhD. He was the President of the Mathematical Society at Imperial and the Mathematics Colloquium and in the past has been a keynote speaker to the Royal Institution. Hes cored an outstanding 42 in the IB at the United World College Maastricht, with a 7 in Higher Level Mathematics and an A in his Mathematics-based Extended EsEssay. For many years, Rafael has tutored students extensively in both Mathematics and Phsyics. Since joining the Elite IB team, Rafael has provided over 300 hours of guidance to EIB students and received exceptional feedback from his students.

Oscar (former IB teacher)
Jamie holds his BA English Literature from the highly prestigious University of Cambridge, where he was awarded First Class Honours in both his final dissertations, and where he won the James Baddeley Poole travel Award for independent research. This follows from his exceptional performance in his IB, where he was awarded 44 points for subjects including HL English, Economics, History, and French (all 7s), and was the three-time recipient of academic honourecipient of academic honours. Jamie is a highly experienced tutor, having supported many Elite IB students, who has a dynamic teaching style which makes his workshops all the more enriching.

Tutors for our Easter Revision Courses constitute the most engaging and experienced members of our tutoring team, who have received exemplary feedback from students and families during their time with Elite IB and - in some instances - are returning for their seventh year delivering tuition to students. After every course, students are encouraged to provide feedback on their workshop tutors, allowing us to continually aid tutors in improving their methods and ensuring every revision course student receives the finest support.

Oscar holds an MA Warfare in the Modern World (Distinction), from King’s College London, and a BA Classical Archaeology & Ancient History from the highly prestigious University of Oxford. He is also a qualified teacher, holding a PGCE (History) and CELTA, who taught History & TOK in IB schools for five years, for students of the MYP and DP. Oscar is an outstanding tutor of not only of IB History and TOK, but also as a university applications menmentor; Oscar’s students have successfully gone on to further study at top international institutions, including various Oxbridge colleges.

The cost of the Easter Revision Courses are calculated considering the number of workshops each student attends. You can find out more about the discounts students enjoy by attending multiple workshops here. Payment for the courses can be made by card or bank transfer, and attendees are required to settle the deposit for the course 14 days after registering their attendance, or 14 days before the start of the course, whichever is soonest.
