&ou will use this mapping format to populate the fields *ou want to mass load. 3se the Customer Maintain
Mapping $escriptions document for C")M) and Customer Create Mapping $escriptions document forC")C.
Enter new 'alues starting in row 4 (using the code 'alues pro'ided in the Customer Mapping $escriptionsdocuments!. If *ou are using the Customer Maintain Mapping format *ou will need to enter the Customer
5umber(s! in the first column (1rgani6ation I$!. 1nl* add the 'alues in the column(s! for the fields *ou will beupdating. 1nce *ou ha'e entered all of the 'alues *ou will be loading highlight rows /78 and delete them onl*lea'ing the new 'alues *ou added to the spreadsheet.
1nce *ou complete *our list of 'alues *ou will be loading in the correct columns based off of the mapping
format *ou will need to delete the header and sa'e as cs' file.

Click "how List ecords to pull accounts created. esults will onl* show 8 records at a time. In order to
change the results to next 8 accounts change @$ispla* ecords from 0ositionA to next record *ouBd like to 'iew.
(example if the last record 'iewed is 4> enter > to 'iew the next 8 records!

Instructions for scrubbing list for upload:
eneral )ips
#iles must be sa'ed as .C"D file before uploading
5o commas allowed in spreadsheet
Mapping Codes must be in all caps (Bs> Comp )*pes> I$ Codes> #unctions!
Watch out for 6ip codes and mapping codes that start with a 6ero. &ou must alwa*s insert FG
(apostrophe> 6ero! in the beginning of that field to make sure it is read properl* when uploading.
Changing from all caps to )itle Case
Cop* selection and paste into blank Word document
