Item 3.01 See attached Elmendorf Lake Improvement Project Profile Comparison for cross section and profile information through the lake. Item 3.02 Estimated location of TxDOT Retailing Wall has been graphically shaded on the attached Sheets SL 1.04. The TxDOT Retaining Wall (7/DT 1.08, S 2.15 and S 2.16) varies from Landscape Wall with Walk Above (4/DT 1.08) according to the height indicated on grading layout sheets. Item 3.03 Sheet S 2.10, note reading: "Crushed rock french drain with sump pump by others" is to read: "Crushed 2"-3" crushed limestone rock french drain. See detail 7, Sheet PD 1.01 for sump pump detail." Item 3.04 Sheet S2.10, crushed rock will be installed under pool floor only and is not require behind walls. Crushed rock will be 2"-3" screen limestone installed over continuous DMS-6200 TxDot Type 1 filter fabric with joints overlapping 24". PART II - CONSTRUCTION SPECIFICATIONS Specifications for Elmendorf Lake Park are provided as reference items by item number from the City of San Antonio (COSA) Standard Specifications for Construction - June 2008, San Antonio Water System (SAWS), and latest revisions and the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) Standard Specifications, San Antonio District. These Specifications listed below are available on line and are to be accessed electronically. Pay items for the COSA, SAWS, and TxDOT specifications are as listed on the bid tabulation sheets and will be paid on a lump sum basis. Additional Specifications for Elmendorf Lake Park are supplied as complete documents as detailed on the table of contents sheet pages three, four, five and six of this section.
