General Information• Testing Window: Feb. 1, 2016 – Mar. 11, 2016• DTCs received email invite 1/11/16 p.m or 1/12/16 a.m.• DTCs set up test administrators – through 2/1/16.• Nextera URL: https://ar-elpa.nextera.questarai.com/Admin/• Download secure browser(s) from Nextera – beginning

1/25/16 – see Slide 4 for screen shot.• DTCs order any Braille or large print via Nextera.• ALL ELs receiving services (including those who waived

services) must be tested. ELs who have exited services are NOT tested.

• Manuals MUST be printed from Nextera.

General Testing Times & Domains• K, 1 ~60 minutes (total time to administer all 4 domains)**

• 2-3, 4-5 ~90 minutes (total time to administer all 4 domains)**

• 6-8, 9-12 ~120 minutes (total time to administer all 4 domains)**

• **These times are just for administration; they DO NOT include administration set-up, administration directions, on-screen tools review, student breaks, or administration pull-down.

• Domains: Listening, Speaking, Reading, and Writing(There are a total of 4 domains for each student.)

2. Extended hospitalization/Medically fragile/Homebound - Requires Doctor’s Statement

3. Special Ed. services for home school/private school

4. Residential Treatment - Requires doctor’s statement

5. Student was incorrectly identified as LEP 6. Deceased 7. SRT 8. Incarcerated/juvenile detention 9. Moved to a different state/out-of-country or

enrolled in home/private school 10. Student exempt due to disability – Requires
