Welcome Welcome back to Term 3, I would like to welcome Jarrod and Takira and their family to our school community, we are looking forward to getting to learn more about you both. BOOK FAIR Our book fair is being held this week, books are for sale on Friday from 1 – 3pm. All parents and community members are welcome to purchase books during this time. If you are unable to come during this time please let us know and we can make alternate arrangements.

Small Schools Choir On July 26 students who are participating in the small schools choir will be travelling to Quandialla with Miss Nolan to participate in the next rehearsal. Students need to wear their school uniform and pack their lunch, recess and water bottle. NAIDOC Week Shane Herrington from National Parks and Wildlife visited our school on Tuesday. Shane taught us about Aboriginal Culture and also gave us some more information about how our scar trees came about and what we can do to look after them.
Boys Vocal Group
Millie Macdonald accompanied Jimmy and Ryan to the Boy’s choir held at Young High School during
week 9 last term. The boy’s spent three days learning to sing and recording a film clip
for the song, Memories and Dust
by Josh Pyke. We will share the finished
product when available.
