Email Mentoring Requests• An email notification is sent to the selected mentor
when a client submits an email mentoring request.• Email mentors will login through score.org to access the
system and view their mentoring requests.

How to Access Your Profile
From Email Mentoring System:• Place cursor over ‘Go to Volunteer Center’
and select ‘View My Profile’• Click ‘Edit My Profile’ to Edit
Editing Your Availability• Mark Availability for Each Day of The Week• For vacations, select -None- to remove profile from
score.org• Set Max. Limit for Requests Received per Day, Week
& Month
Adding A Profile Picture
A profile picture will set your
mentor profile out from the rest.
Email Mentoring Information• WebIT is no longer used to enter Email Mentoring sessions. These
sessions should be entered in the new email mentoring system.• WebIT is STILL USED to enter face-to-face mentoring sessions.• 3 years of historical data has been migrated to the email mentoring
system (includes client data & client sessions).• Email mentoring request notifications are being sent to your
scorevolunteer.org email address.• These notifications can be forwarded to your personal email account.• If the password is updated for your scorevolunteer.org email account,
it must also be updated in the email mentoring system.• Only email mentors are required to have a scorevolunteer.org email
account.• If you are unable to access your scorevolunteer.org account or the
email mentoring system, please send an email to [email protected]
