It can be defined as network etiquette.

In other words, Netiquette is a set of

rules for behaving properly when you

are online

Keep it professional

When writing to your senior, do not

use their first name. Greet them

politely in the email:

Maintain the threads

Reply To All

Don’t be a Novelist

Avoid Upper Case or Capital

Letters

Also, do not use too many

exclamation points!!!!

Dear Mrs. Smith:

Use correct punctuations

Use Common Abbreviations

Do not send large

Email is not confidential—do not

provide very sensitive or private

You should sign off with your full name, and not your nickname when writing to a other official person.
