Developmental Education Legislation
HB 2223 requires that a certain percentage of underprepared students enrolled in developmental education be reported as enrolled in a co-requisite courses. Pairing academic support no credit courses with credit level courses in Math and English. (HB 2223 Mandate Fall 2018)
