Provincial assistance is deployed only upon request of a Municipality;The municipal Community Emergency

Management Coordinator can request assistance from the Provincial Emergency Operations CentreA municipality cannot directly request federal

assistance, but;The Province can go to the Federal level to get that

assistance for a municipality

In very rare circumstances, will the province come inand direct the response.
