While making his property maintenance inspections for the Development Services department, he noticed a suspicious person who appeared to be scoping out a house. Ray watched for a while and saw the person break into the house. He immediately called the Police and waited until they arrived. Talk about going above and beyond!

Boomer Lake Substation
Electric Utility completed the Boomer Lake Substation Phase 1 Project in April, a monumental task with all design, construction and fabrication done in-house.

Electric Utility has worked very hard to complete the relocation of overhead and underground electric lines for the Jardot Project, relocation of distribution and transmission poles and conductor from McElroy to 12th Street on Jardot, and the relocation of overhead electric poles and conductor for the 19th Street project.

Jim completed equipment installation and setup of eight new Police Tahoes in the span of eight weeks. The project required designing a new vehicle configuration. David Allen installed the graphics.
