• 500 Work based learners.• 50 Skill build learners.• 30 Sub contracted learners.• 30 A1 learners.
• 150 Learning Pathways learners.• 100 YA learners in Gloucester.

• To ensure employer’s involvement and support from the induction stage
• To explain ISA Training’s processes and procedures
• To forge effective working relations with quality employers
Discussion with Employers
• How long the salon has been trading
• How many staff they have put though a training programme over the past 2 years
• How many trainees have achieved an NVQ
• If they have individuals dedicated to training others
• How often they would like to be involved in learners reviews
