Why do I mention this?

Because for the first time in generations, it is possible your generation will have a lower income and or quality of life than your parents.

NOTE: Guess which generation has all the cash now? There is where you need to focus.

Solve the need we have to stay active and healthy for the long haul and you will be wealthy.

Understand where your chosen field is headed, not where it is today.

Future-casting…

We live is extraordinary times. Entire industries can be ‘disrupted’ by new thinking. Uber

How does this impact you?

How do you expect your life to proceed? - Your parents generation: Put in your years, save money in an IRA and get a pension. The company will take care of you. Enron

- New school: In this economy, you cannot count on a pension being there. Social Security? Create a sustainable future

Art’s 10 Concepts1) Don’t take 1 person’s word for anything. Carve your own way…with guidance. Find a mentor, join a Mastermind Group – better yet, form one 2) Never stop learning…ever. Invest in yourself!

 3) You MUST give before you get. You can to “good” and still do ”well” Examples…

 4) Thinking positive thoughts will not make you wealthy. You must work, VERY hard to make it.

Page 14: Employment Options and Mindset…. “Learning never exhausts the mind.” - Leonardo da Vinci.

5) You get paid for “DONE”. Success is not an accident. “It’s called WORK for a reason.” Many of you will be running your own businesses, many will be hoping for a job in one. It is NOT an accident as to which one you are. (Tendency to expect high paying jobs with minimal work and lots of perks...this era is dying) 6) Address your weaknesses, when young; outsource them when you are older. 7) Differentiate yourself somehow. Be extremely good you’re your specific niche. You will be sought out.

Page 15: Employment Options and Mindset…. “Learning never exhausts the mind.” - Leonardo da Vinci.

8) There are many sins, but unless you believe in reincarnation, we are only here once. I believe to not use everything you were given is a sin against nature. There is no greater burden than a great potential.Your energy or your body 9) Never ever stop. Be relentless and consistent. Example: Be the best you can be no matter how menial you believe it to be. You will be noticed. 10) Set short term and long term goals. Review them often with outside opinions. 1 year and 3-5 years, beyond.   “A fool with a plan will defeat a genius without one”

today – while it’s fresh in your mind - because you are open to the message – due either to motivation or intellectual

curiosity.

YOU are in for a much more rewarding experience on this planet than the rest.
