ACTS & REGULATIONS

CPR repeals Council Directive 89/106 / EEC and lays down

harmonized conditions for the marketing and placing on the

market construction products and specifies:

• basic requirements for buildings,

• the rules for declaring the performance of construction

products,

• the rules for the assessment and verification of constancy

of performance,

• the obligations of manufacturers, importers and distributors.

Article 66

Transitional provisions

1. Construction products which have been placed on the market in accordance with

Directive 89/106/EEC before 1 July 2013 shall be deemed to comply with this

Regulation.

2. Manufacturers may draw up a declaration of performance on the basis of

a certificate of conformity or a declaration of conformity, which has been issued

before 1 July 2013 in accordance with Directive 89/106/EEC.EN 4.4.2011 Official

declaration of performance

of 21 February 2014

Amending Annex III to Regulation No 305/2011 on the model to be used

for drawing up a declaration of performance on construction products

Article 4 of Regulation 305/2011 obligates manufacturers of construction products to draw up a declaration of performance when construction product, that is covered by a harmonizedstandard or conforms to a European Technical Assessment issued for that product, is placed on market.

According to Article 6 of Regulation 305/2011, that declaration should be drawn up using the model set out in Annex III to that Regulation.

Technical details necessary to implement the system of

assessment and verification of constancy of performance

are included in relevant harmonized standards.

Harmonized standards refer to the intended use of

construction products which include and define the

methods and criteria for assessing the performance of

construction products in relation to their essential

characteristics.

Cabinet for hose system shall be fitted with a door. Cabinet doors shall open to min. 170° to allow the hose to be run out freely in anydirection. Cabinet shall be free of sharp edges, which might damage the equipment or

cause injury.

System of covered/unseen hinges

Protected by utility model. This solution offer high quality aesthetic performance, smooth door on whole surface and possibilities to open the door for 180°. Only this solution meets the high requirements of interior design.

Lockable cabinet shall be provide with an emergency opening device, which may be protected only by transparent frangible material.

Innovative solution for key fixing

This solution is registered in Patent Office of the Republic of Poland.This allows us to use PATENT lock in non standards versions i.e. with glass or mirror. Hydrant is locked and there is no need to use additional cabinet for key.

Advantages of our hydrants:

Crimped connection of nozzle with water axis.

Brass valve 1” in hydrants 25

Brass valve 1” is a standard offered in hydrants 25.

Highier quality of connection aluminium – brass, highier resistance for waterpressure, valve made by forging ( not casting).

Hydrant hose 52 produced by SUPRON 3 according to : EN 14540

Innovative technology of connecting hose with coupling eliminating linking

and possibilities of hose sawing on the end of coupling sleeve. It also

improve the ergonomics and aesthetic.

Thanks to the technical solutions, the compact size, ease of use and maintenance these hydrants are

Hydrants have been tested by polish notified body CNBOP-PIB. The results confirm hydrants constant

flow, which is not affected by a change in the supply pressure.
