1). With your request we provide a calculated price for the product of your request. Once the price is agreed on, we provide an artwork before we start the sample process.2). We will process the sample and send you an image for approval, we can also send you a physical sample as well if you desire.3). If you receive the sample and decide to do a few modifications, let us know and we’ll gladly rework on the sample so we can achieve the product as per your request.4). Once you have approved the final sample, and placed your lot order, we will guarantee the lot production will be the same as per the final approved sample, or we will issue a full refund. 5). If you desire to add value to the look of the product,we can suggest to add a gift packaging, giving the product an expensive look (gift categories: wraps, scarves, less expensive imitation jewelry, and less expensive jewelry)
