REGION 3 Extreme Heat - as the PAGASA declared May 22-23 as hottest days of the month
If DTI-NCR could help out in the invitation of big manufacturers who have enough supplies and product variations. The provinces have only distributors to contact to. Also, according to some exhibitors, the caravan coincided with other Diskwento Caravans of other places making them prioritize those who invited them first.
REGION 4A
Volume discounts & side activities were positive factors that increased sales. Limited DTI funding support to private sector partner.

Coincided with the town fiestaSuggest to consider number of buyers/beneficiaries rather than on sales generation, this is the essence of DC – help marginalized/low income earners
Early dissemination of info/promotion of DC over radio; distribution of flyers
Distributors don't like to come to each island because of:1. Cost is higher than benefits of sales,2. Every island has distributors and it is burdensome for
us in coordinating schedule3. They don’t like to be seen by their wholesale/retail
clients since diskwento program is offering wholesaler's price and,
4. they prefer in store discounts. However, they support the program by putting their goods under consignment.
