Seaside Counselor in Training The Counselor in Training Program (CIT) at Seaside Day Camp allows Seaside alumni and interested youth, ages 13 to 16 years exclusive training and increased responsibilities, such as actively assisting with Seaside activities, supervision, and program development. Fees include special CIT shirts and training, and two weekly field trips. Space is limited to 5 youth per week. Requirements include: special application, letters of recommendation, applicant interview, minimum 2.5 GPA & parental permission and support, and 3-week commitment.
