Seaside Counselor in Training The Counselor in Training Program (CIT) at Seaside Day Camp allows Seaside alumni and interested youth, ages 13 to 16 years exclusive training and increased responsibilities, such as actively assisting with Seaside activities, supervision, and program development. Fees include special CIT shirts and training, and two weekly field trips. Space is limited to 5 youth per week. Requirements include: special application, letters of recommendation, applicant interview, minimum 2.5 GPA & parental permission and support, and 3-week commitment. Contact the Parks and Recreation office at (760) 633-2740 for the special application or additional details. Application deadline is May 4. Fee: Resident: $52.50. Non-resident: $62.50 upon approval

QB’s and WR’s Skills Development CampLa Costa Canyon CIF Champion and current collegiate QB at South Western Oklahoma State, Sebastian Frausto, and his qualified staff of current college football players are excited to pass on their knowledge and passion about the game to you. This camp will feature drills and techniques designed to teach the proper fundamentals of playing quarterback and wide receiver. 2. Walk-In:Come by and register in person. We accept payment by credit/Debit, check or money order,payable to the City of Encinitas. The Parks and Recreation office at City Hall is open Monday throughFriday, 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM and is closed on alternating Fridays. The Encinitas Community and Senior Center isopen for registration Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM.

3. Mail-In:Mail your completed and signed Activity Registration Form along with a check or money order payable to the City of Encinitas.
