PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
The Encore affordable housing and mixed use community is being
developed through a joint partnership of the Tampa Housing
Authority and Bank of America Development. The central energy
plant provides chilled water for cooling all current and future
buildings on 12 lots zoned for over 2.6 Million square feet of
residen al, retail, office, hotel, grocery, and school buildings. As
the prime design‐build contractor, Trane provided Design,
Construc on, Opera on and Maintenance, Energy Monitoring,
Plant Op miza on ,and Financial Management services.
