According to Alli(1997), nursing process is a method of

nursing care which scientific,systematic, dynamic, andcontinuality in a sequence of

resolving health problem of theclients/patients, started from thetheory (collecting the information,

to comply with the patient need.

Ellis & Hartley (1980) explained some phasethat nurse able to carry out if they are foundsome bad nursing care.

First, collect the valid information ascomplete as possible, dont make a decisionbase on the statement from any of them.

Second, we have to know who else are thedecision maker or whom to possessregarding of transformation.

And the last one is, provide the problemwith the lowest controller or supervisor. Butit unsure that the problem would be concernby the supervisor.
