Introducing Your SIG Leadership • Today’s presenters include:

– Kirby Lunger, Co-Chair is the Chief Sales & Marketing Officer at Performance Architects, an Oracle Platinum Partner that specializes in the EPM (Hyperion) and BI (OBIEE, Endeca) technologies. She maintains over 18 years of experience in the consulting, internet services, and software markets at organizations She is a frequent presenter at industry events and writes for groups such as Association for Financial Professionals (AFP), BeyeNetwork, ComputerWorld, Enterprise Systems, Information Management, The National Association of College and University Business Officers (NACUBO), NICSA, and The Data Warehousing Institute as well as local and national Oracle events such as Oracle OpenWorld, COLLABORATE, and the Northeast Regional Higher Education Users Group (NERHEUG).

– Ramesh Kumar, Endeca EBS Extensions Subcommittee Chair is responsible for tracking and reporting progress to the Endeca SIG related to Oracle Endeca EBS Extensions product developments and news, and recommending possible Endeca EBS Extensions topics for SIG learning opportunities (e.g., webinars, conference presentations). He is the Managing Partner for eAlliance Corporation, and has worked extensively with Oracle EBS for almost 18 years from Release 9.4 through R12.1. Ramesh is passionate about helping clients leverage their EBS and BI investments through fact-based decision-making and thorough analytics.

Introducing Today’s Presenter • Prem Arumugam, Director, EBS HCM Product Management, Oracle

• Prem is the Director and head of Product Management & Product Strategy

for Oracle E-Business suite HCM product family. His group is responsible for scope, design and launch of new features and new releases in the E-Business Suite HCM product line. Prem has been with Oracle for 14 years and has been part of HCM Development organization for the whole period. Prem has worked in various HCM products like Core HR, iRecruitment, Learning Management, Compensation workbench and Succession Planning. He holds a Masters in Business Administration from Bharathiar University, India.

Target Audience: Manager Use Case 1: Manager needs to identify all employees who are transferred to different office (Location) and update their work location. Key User Tasks : • Select the location and filter the employees. • Navigate to Talent profile function using employee link. • Select required function from Talent Profile to Manager Self Service. • Update the location.



Target Audience: HR Manager Use Case 2: Manager wants to list out all managers who belongs to a grade and above (for example M6 and M7) then filters them by a specific country. Once result obtained want to export them to a spread sheet. Key User Tasks : • Select Grade M6 and M7 • Select Country • Export the list to spreadsheet.
