Bidders shall remit the tender documents fee and Earnest MoneyDeposit using online payment option of e-procurement system only andsubmitted through the internet online banking of State Bank of Travancoreor through NEFT for otl{er banks. The online NEFT remittance fromprovided by e-procurement system for making a NEFT transaction is not apayment confirmation. Kerala Forest Department /NIC /KITM shall not beresponsible for any kind of delay in payment status confirmation.
1. Bidders are requested to submit scanned copy of the followingdocuments Registration certificate duly attested by theSuperintendent Engineer/Executive Engineer, EMD exemptioncertificate (if any)/ preliminary agreement executed in Kerala stamppaper worth Rs, 2OOl- duly filled upto proforma for availing e_payment by Online. Subsequenfly the hard copy attested copy ofRegistration certificate, bid document, EMD exemption certificate (ifany) preliminary agreement in original would be submitted offline ina sealed cover subscribing the name of work and tender no. to theoffice of the Divisional Forest Officer, Kannur through speedpost/registered post before date and time fixed for opening of thetender, failing which such tenders will be rejected.
2. The bidding authority deserves the right to modify/cancelled anylallbids without assigning any reason. The Forest Department wiI notbe responsible for any error like missing of scheduled data, whiledownloading by the bidder and non receipt of documents.
3.Any further classifications on this tender can be obtained fromNIC/KITM the e-tender hetp desk number avaitable in thewww.etenders.kerala.qov.in website and from the office(049027O4AOA) during the office hours. The details regarding e_payment' (bidder's bank account number where he/she is having core bankingfacility and email ID) should be submitted along with the tender.Tenders without these details will not be accepted. Technicat bid andfinancial bid shall be submitted in their respective designated onlinecovers.
