CAST RESIN TRANSFORMERSTrafo Elettro was one of the first companies to produce cast resin

transformers in 1983.

This product has been tested at CESI laboratories for compliance

with E3 environmental class, C2 climatic class, F1 fire behavior class,

as prescribed by IEC standards.

With more than 20 000 units installed all over the world, cast

resin transformers are appreciated for their self-extinguishing

characteristic in case of fire.

OIL IMMERSED TRANSFORMERSParticularly appreciated for outdoor installation. Trafo Elettro counts

more than 10 000 oil immersed transformers installed worldwide.

Specifically customized to suit the customer needs they can be

designed with eco-friendly products. Oil immersed transformers

are available in version with conservator or hermetically sealed.

Range up to 50MVA and insulation class up to 145kV, BIL 650kV.

AMORPHOUS TRANSFORMERSWith researches and innovation, Trafo Elettro has developed a new

product: The Amorphous Transformer. More than 500 units, between

oil immersed and cast resin type installed, are a proof that this

product is an interesting option for those companies that pay special

attention to electricity costs and CO² emissions.
