This module allows operators to receive the instruments coming from the endoscopy clinics, allowing the entry registration of the endoscopes and simultaneously generating the production orders to restore the accepted material.The dirty acceptance phase for endoscopes requires that a leak test of the instrument is also recorded. In addition to the data normally stored for the material that is accepted dirty in the control panel, it is possible to insert the result of the aforementioned test.

This module allows operators to carry out instrument cleaning procedures through desktop or mobile devices.In this phase, the system will record the operator who performed the process, the date and time of execution and the machine in which the endoscopes were inserted.The machine checks the status of each endoscope, if the state is compliant it tells the operator that it can start the cycle, if only one instrument is not compliant, it is not possible to start the cycle.

The disinfection function allows the recording of this step relative to endoscopes.

Disinfection takes place in special machines dedicated to washing and disinfecting high-end low-temperature flexible endoscopes.The material processed positively must be used on the patient or stored in special cabinets.Once processed, it can be stored for a predefined time otherwise it must be reprocessed.

This module supports operators during

the final balance of the use of the

endoscope.

Through the use of desktop or mobile

devices it is possible:

● Accept the endoscope at the

clinic of use

● Trace the use of the endoscope

● Identify the patient on which

the endoscope has been used

Washed endoscopes can be sent to the clinic or stored in an automatic cabinet.

For endoscopes stored in the automatic cabinet, the system allows operators to view and / or print the data relating to the stocks and their expiry dates.

Endoscopes that have successfully passed the washing process can be sent directly to the customer. Similarly, the system allows the shipment of material stored inside the cabinets.

The transport document is composed by reading in sequence, via barcode / Datamatrix reading, the process labels printed after washing.

ENDOSCOPES USAGE MODULE

This module supports operators during the final balance of the use of

the endoscope.

Through the use of desktop or mobile devices it is possible:

● Accept the endoscope at the clinic of use

● Trace the use of the endoscope

● Identify the patient on which the endoscope has been used

The system allows to manually indicate the patient's medical number and the relative personal data or it is possible to integrate through the HL7 protocol for the acquisition of the same on the centralized personal data of the body.

Information recorded by the system:

● Operator, date and time of use registration● Endoscope used● Clinic where the instrument is used● Nosological and patient identification data● Personal details of the user doctor

MACHINES INTEGRATION

All the data stored are exportable in reports (.pdf, .xlsx) and they can be send via email.The system send alerts about expiring endoscopes or machines in alarm.The system can be also integrated with other software solutions with HL7 protocol.

The system receives in real time all the information coming from the machines, showing it through its web interface.It collect the information coming from the EW 2 and from the cabinets ED 200/I.
