Vitricon is a facility management software designed for all lifecycle phases for the acquisi-tion and administration of real estate, buildings and technical facilities as well as all related processes.
As a web-based application, Vitricon FM serves as a holistic solu-tion concept in order to transparently and comprehensively depict and optimize the FM processes in the context of the management of real estate.
In order to be able to demonstrate and guarantee high quality, Vitricon FM is subjected to regular audits. Our CAFM software is certifi ed according to the GEFMA guideline 444.
Vitricon EM is a software specially designed for energy manage-ment. The web-based application off ers countless established in-terfaces for building automation, data loggers and other meter reading systems. Simple input masks (Wizard), a fl exible report de-sign kit and comprehensive plausibility and evaluation functions help you to enter and monitor your metering and consumption values.
Extensive interfaces and standards allow for easy implementation and rapid success in using the system. Due to the modular design, new modules can be relicensed at any time. In ad-dition to the installation on your server, Vitricon FM / EM can also be operated as a hosting model.

VitriApp-Trees supports the mobile recording of your tree population. The connection to a central database always allows you to keep track. This enables you to document all the regular checks that have been carried out, road safety inspections and the documentation of measu-res that can be used.
With VitriApp-Inventory, the inventory of mobile objects is eff ortless-ly accomplished. A mobile device with a QR code scanner and printer or RFID clearly identify the equipment, records it and assigns it to a location. The data is then available in your Vitricon CAFM system.
VitriApp-Orders records all measures in checklists and thus enables mobile processing and documentation of orders. Each work step is logged, special incidents are recorded and then synchronised with the central database.
VitriApp-Tec is the all-rounder in the fi eld of mobile recording of tech-nical systems and buildings. Buildings can thus be recorded directly on site - naturally in compliance with classifi cation standards. Integrated fl oor plans and QR code labeling make you fast.
VitriApp-Meters masters the mobile recording of all types of meter values. With manually readable meters, this application convinces with its intuitive operation - a valuable aid for reading services, energy ma-nagers, FM service providers and caretakers.
