Crude Oil Off-Loading Facility– St. James, LA

Ethanol Off-Loading Facility– Arlington, TX

Complete construction of entire facility. Phase one included installation of main line rail switches, 16,300’ of 115# rail, siding extension, 800’ double sided 26 spot rail car unloaded rack. Crude oil is transported from the rack to the storage facility via the (2) 250 HP vertical turbine pumps. Facility also includes a complete industrial waste water system including an oil water separator. Construction also includes the installation of terminal buildings for facility management and crew.

Work consisted of the construction of two 25,000 bbl diesel fuel tanks, concrete containment around new tanks and one existing tank, liner, fuel distribution piping, double wall underground pipe, paint tanks and new & existing pipe, cathodic protection, electrical distribution and controls. Site work included clean & grub, excavation for new tank ring wall, excavation for containment walls, excavation for under ground pipe, new asphalt paving, and fencing. Work consisted of the installation of 26,000 feet of ½ thru 12” carbon steel pipe to receive and dispense various fuels for a new terminal. To support the pipe we installed 97 tons of structural steel pipe supports and grouting the bases. We installed 12 each transfer pumps to transfer fuels to the fueling rack from eight new tanks installed by others. We also installed additive tubing, injectors and set owner supplied additive tanks. At the fueling rank we furnished and installed the fueling skids. Piping included underground drain lines to a new EOP tank. The new E-85 pipe was heat treated and received 100% x-ray testing. All above ground pipe was painted.
