Why EMS? In today’s Industrial Era, industries account for the major
consumption of electrical energy. To remain competitive in today’s market scenario there is a huge
demand for electrical energy from the industries, but they are facing two major hurdles one is scarcity of energy & the other is escalated cost of the available energy.
Alternate resources like Generators, Invertors have their own costs and supply limitations.
It is essential for the industries to optimise the usage & also to keep cost under control.
It has become a necessity for the industries to use less energy for the same level of activity & also to monitor & control it, EMS is the answer to these problems.
What is EMS? EMS is a solution that puts the customer / user in control of
their energy consumption through continuous monitoring of the energy flow through dedicated EMS software.
With the help of EMS one can monitor different areas of various departments which are consuming high energy so as to take preventive & precautionary measures.
EMS is capable to collect, store & analyse the collected data from different remote monitoring devices to manage electrical cost associated with the electrical systems.
How EMS Helps Gives information about Section wise or Department wise
Electrical data and energy consumption for taking corrective actions.
Gives a clear picture about energy costs involved into Production/office.
Helps to optimize and Monitor Electrical Parameters to achieve Cost Reduction.
Helps future Planning based on consumption patterns from the WinEMS system.
