Realistic requirements for establishment of energy monitoring system in schools:
Good quality and low cost of energy services - two priorities for establishment of monitoring system (equally attractive to all politicians and all employees involved in the process).
Minimal investment and operation cost of the system (limited needs to hire additional staff, purchase additional equipment, do additional installation works and establish additional maintenance procedures).
