The history of bakery● Been around for thousand of years● Developed during the Roman empire.● About 300 BC ago. ● Bakery was introduced as respectable profession in

Roman● Began preparing at home using mills to grind grains to make

flour.● First bakers’ guild was introduced in 168BC.● The first bakery an open-air bakery was open in Paris.

About Aroma Bakery

- Founded by William Ng, - Established at 2003. - 4 bakers including himself.- Traditional bakery.- Investment cost around RM 200,000. - No branches.- Provide services for special occasions.- The types of bread, which they produced are referred as artisan bread.- Bread Aroma Bakery is a very friendly based bakery.

Operating Hour: 6 am - 11 pm / 7 am - 10.30 pm (it was just re-opened)

Peak Hour: Lunch time and work time from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m.

Recent development: Launch new products and play music themes for every season (Summer, Fall, Spring and Winter)

About Freemori

- Founded by Mr. K.K. Tan in 2002.- It has it’s own concept where they will treat customers as premium

customers.- They will serve the customer instead of letting customer serve themselves.- Their products were made with fresh ingredients as well as no preservations.- This will make their products last for one day for breads and two days for

cakes only.- The definition of Freemori is to infuse creativity, imagination and vitality within

the food culture.

- They were aimed for sharing with their customers through meaningful interactions in a fun way.

- Their mission was to become the leader of boutique bakery chain by internal expansion and external franchising program.

- Freemori also came out with seasonal products which they will come out with new products on every festival or parent’s day.
