Origins of the GF Partners Constituency (PC)
• 19th GF Board (May 2009) approved creation of the Partners Constituency (non-voting Board member seat) made up of
– Stop TB Partnership,
– RBM, and
– UNITAID
• Purpose: to represent key partners whose mission is directly related to the Global Fund and who are not currently represented on the Board

Regular PC Executive Heads meetings
• 1 month before major GF Board related meetings
• 1 week before major meetings to discuss details of GF Board and Committee agenda
• PC Heads update the night before Board meetings to agree on PC consensus positions
• Post-mortem/follow-up (as agreed)
